Parking Headache! Drivers Beware!

There is a woeful shortage of parking spaces on the property. No designated parking. The rental agreement states that parking is "available first come first served", "plenty of outside premise parking". This is not accurate! The outside premises parking is on the right of way of busy Kuakini Highway in the dirt and in the dark. All of those outside premise spaces are all taken in the evenings. There is an abandoned car with a busted-out side window directly in front of the Kona Islander Inn on the highway. A homeless woman sets up her camp for the night beside the front driveway exit. During my 8 days, the ONLY time that there was available parking was mid-day. Nothing after 3:00 pm. The rental agreement should clearly state that Parking is Limited. There was a collision on the highway on the second evening when a "guest" was attempting to park along the highway. His damaged truck was towed away to an off premise lot. Drivers beware.
