Coloradans o n the beach

After 6 days with family, I knew my teen & tween would need a break. Having freedom to get to-and-from the beach as we wanted, without losing keys, was great. Having YouTube for the kiddos was great, & I appreciated the closeness to Publix & Walgreens & Alvin’s Island for all food/beach needs. A great get away after getting away.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything needed for a fun family weekend was provided. Beautiful view of the sun set from the porch and only step away from a quiet, private beach. Definitely saving this location in my favorites for future getaways.

Great stay

Great little condo steps from the beach. Great view from the balcony of the beach, water and sunsets. Beds were comfortabe, plenty of seating in the living room and at the big dining room table. Only 1 mile to Publix grocery store as well as several other shops, pharmacy and small restaurants in 2 adjacent strip malls (north). Short walk/drive to other restaurants south as well.

Great Getaway

What a gem this condo is! Perfect for the getaway that we needed to escape New England cold weather. Quiet, private but close to shopping and restaurants. Loved seeing the dolphins swim by and watching the sunsets. Can't wait to return with friends. The place had everything we needed and was very clean.

Cozy beach retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped small condo - our grandaughter was thrilled with the bunkbed in the room she shared with her mother! The beautiful, uncrowded (on Veteran's Day weekend!) beach is close, the amenities are as promised. Great restaurants, a big Publix supermarket, drug stores, and beach shopping are all a short drive away. Wonderful sunsets from the gallery porch. We hope to return.

Perfect beach location

We loved the location of the unit and being able to view the sunsets each night. The unit was very clean and had most everything we needed. Besides not having beach chairs, which we knew prior to renting, our biggest complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great time!

It was exactly as listed with great beach access. The only complaints we have is comforter had a large urine stain, little drawer space because of so many extra sheets pillows and comforters, and the second bedroom mattress was possibly an air mattress and very uncomfortable

Lack of parking

Fantastic condo, you could not ask for more, except parking. There only one spot per condo. There are two “ guest” spots but don’t count on them ever being available. We had three cars and literally spend the entire weekend checking on our cars to make sure they were not towed. Would we go back ? Absolutely, just plan accordingly.
