Located on the magical coast of Isabela, Fusion Beach Villas unique architectural design and exceptional location bestows comfort, environmental harmony and a sense of universal peace. Our One Bedroom Suite, equipped with modern amenities, private beach access & ocean facing balconies sleeps 2-4 people. The fully Air Conditioned Suite has a bedroom with a queen bed and double glass doors that open onto a spacious balcony with built in lounge furniture. The living/ dining room has high ceilings, A/C, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen TV, large sofa, Queen size murphy bed (bed that comes out of the wall) & round table w/4 chairs. From the living/ dining room, double glass doors open out onto a spacious ocean facing balcony that is also accessed via the bedroom. The balcony is equipped with a round table and 4 chairs and is perfect for outdoor dining, whale watching & stargazing. The villa includes equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine. On the property, there are multiple outdoor areas for guests use: these include a large 30x30 covered terrace/ BBQ deck, outdoor shower & bathroom, hammock & lounge areas.
Villas are located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property. Our Boutique Suite is located on the top floor; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art & Gift Gallery featuring work of local artists. A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas.

Hi everyone! My name is Elaine and I live on site with my cat, Myla. I grew up all over the place: born in England and lived in Michigan, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Guam, Florida, Virginia, Georgia. I love all water sports and feel blessed to live here where I can be as active or as lazy as I like. Some days, I take long walks on the beach and other days I surf, windsurf or snorkel / dive (depending on the conditions and my mood). Isabela is magical coastal community with friendly locals and statesiders who live, work, and or vacation here. We love Isabela and welcome you to explore this corner of the island of enchantment.
Why they chose this property
I first visited the beaches of Isabela with my grandparents when I was 3 years old. I knew then that one day I would live & work here. Realization of my dream began a decade ago with the purchase of several acres of undeveloped beachfront property. At that time, practical considerations dictated a traditional business career & my professional obligations required extensive travel. However, I found myself retiring here again and again to contemplate what I wanted to build and how it would all come about. I wanted the development of the property to be in harmony with nature and reflect the rich, cultural heritage of Puerto Rico. The design of the villas was inspired by the architecture of Old San Juan and my love for the ocean. Tall ceilings, interior courtyards, livable balconies, ocean views from all rooms mark my deep respect and appreciation for the plants, birds, and nature that surrounds us daily. Namaste.
What makes this property unique
Close to popular surf, bike, golf, snorkel, horseback riding, diving spots. If you are a kiter or windsurfer, you can launch from our private beach. Or, you can walk west along a secluded beach for miles or east to Jobos Beach, where you can grab a drink or meal at one of several oceanfront restaurants. Amazing sunrises & sunsets!
