Guest Access:
Access to the property is through a smart lock. Guests can check-in from 3:00 PM until 11:00 AM the following day. The building has 24/7 security and controlled access. All guests must present an official ID and pre-register. Guests are reminded to leave used towels on the bed before leaving and to turn off lights and appliances.

Welcome to Selva Norte, where we strive to provide you with a pleasant and relaxing stay. This is a pet-free environment, so no animals are allowed. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. Smoking is allowed on the property, but we kindly ask that it is done responsibly. The home is designed for long stays and is kid-friendly. Please note that additional visitors are not allowed, and a cleaning fee will apply after your stay. Kindly use energy efficiently by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. The AC works autonomously. TULUM is a small town experiencing significant growth. It does not have a robust electrical infrastructure, and in our commitment to the environment, the air conditioning system operates autonomously. When the temperature reaches 22°C, it turns off automatically. To enhance your experience, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which can be turned on with the switch next to the remote control, and their speed and light can be adjusted using the same remote. Additionally, feel free to open the large windows in each room and the living area. Please note that the air conditioning will not operate if the windows are open.

For security reasons, an ID will be requested both through the platform and upon arrival at the property.
