Beautiful ocean views - Steps to the beach or pool

Welcome to our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo. This is a 2nd row, top 3rd floor end unit. Here you will find amazing views of the ocean as well as the beach. Just a few short steps across the street will take you to the beach or you can head to one of the two pools available. You can take a 10 minute walk to visit the north pier and grab a drink at the Tiki bar or walk to the sound access for fishing or launching a kayak a few blocks away. The Boardwalk is about 1 mile south of the condo. Prime season rental days start and end on Saturday however nightly rates are available 2 weeks prior to check in. Linens and towels are provided. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.

The condo was so bright and cheerful! We felt very at home there. You actually have a pretty good veiw of the ocean, even though its across the street. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean, and we usually had the pool all to ourselves, which my kids loved! We didn't want to leave.

Gorgeous Condo
This is our second time staying in this unit and we love it. Angie is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to assist in any way that she can. Its the perfect location from the beach and we were even able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony. We will be back for sure!!

Great location. Very 3rd floor condo. Beds are very comfortable! Make sure you bring all things you would need to prepare food with, spices etc. Other than that kitchen well equipped. Quiet area near beach access. Pool was very clean. Nice to come back to after a day at the beach. Only thingvi would sugguest to replace hall carpet, its curled on edges and we tripped on it a few times.

So much to do. Easy Access to groceries and shopping. So clean condo! So clean the Child Lock on the washer was a new challenge. Whaaat! Thankfully we figured out our stupidity before the repairman was sent out!

We had an amazing time! The cleanliness of this property is fantastic! Do not let the stairwell fool you. When you walk in you will find a beautifully remodeled unit. The pictures reflect exactly what you see. However they do not do justice in reflecting how close you are to the beach. You are just across the street. The place is stocked with everything you could think of. And there is a closet full of a gazillion board games. We had one small blip on our trip and Angie's response was fantastic. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay again.
