Hi! We are a family of 4 that relocated from South Carolina to the Front Range of Colorado 12 years ago. We love to travel and experience new places! We enjoy outdoor hiking and camping adventures Colorado offers, but we miss the Salt Life and love to take our boys to the coast!

We choose the neighborhood specifically for its quiet, family atmosphere, as well as its close proximity to the water, golf, and groceries.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is the ample space for 1-2 families to vacation together comfortably while enjoying the private heated pool. The home is located in a wonderful family community, allowing for maximum peace, safety and tranquility, 10 minutes or less to the ocean and golf.
