The Khaki Campbell is a custom-built, luxury cabin, built into the hillside to maximize the gorgeous winter views of Big Boulder. These views can be viewed from the oversized living room windows, but are best enjoyed on the back deck from the hot tub, where you can breathe in the crisp winter air and watch snow fall gently on the landscape below. The home features an EV charging outlet, a fire pit, and many entertainment options: an indoor playscape, three arcade systems, and a pool table!

Cozy cabin feel with a lake view

We had a great weekend at the rental in Lake Harmony! The cozy cabin feel made it the perfect getaway, and the lake view was beautiful and peaceful. The grill worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils—though the fridge wasn’t keeping food as cold as we’d like. The house provided plenty of clean towels, which was a nice touch. We had a blast playing giant Jenga and pool, though we do wish there had been some chalk for the pool sticks, and a few of the sticks were broken. The location is fantastic, and we really enjoyed evenings by the fire pit. Melissa was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun trip—we’d definitely come back!

Great Stay

Beautiful cabin at a great location. We had a view of the lake and had a ton of deer in the yard each morning. Cabin was spacious and clean. Hot tub was huge and easy to use. Property manager was was also great and stayed in contact our entire trip.

Over the years, our extended family has vacationed in Lake Harmony, staying at different rentals each time. I would definitely return to this property! It is so accurate in the listing and details, so there were no surprises. There is so much attention given by the owners to create a warm and cozy feel to the home...from the incredible cleanliness of the home, to the thought put into all the odds and ends (dishwasher tabs, filled hand soap jars, beds already made, etc.). Communication with Mandy was wonderful, and she was very responsive. I would highly recommend The Khaki Campbell!

Family Reunion

Everything was just as they stated in the listing. We had a lot of fun playing pool and connect 4! Lots of room for everyone to chill or hang out. Loved the location. Thanks for a great time!

Spacious and quiet

Nice place had plenty of room for our group. Kids enjoyed the pool table, connect 4. Dining table big enough for group! Plenty of beds. Steep driveway, be careful pulling out. The neighborhood was quiet, beach was small and average. I recommend renting kayaks or something. Overall nice place.

Amazing Cottage for Large Family Vacation/Reunion

The Khaki Campbell has it all! From a hot tub, to arcade-style games, a pool table, life-size connect four, amazing views, there is really something for everything when you stay at this cottage. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the cottage for two days. We were able to get ahold of the rental company and they had someone come out and install a window air conditioner to get us through until the repair company could get there the following day. We had two members of our family with health conditions that could have been made very dangerous because of the heatwave that was going on at the time. We were very thankful that this problem was fixed in such a timely manner. They even offered us the ability to stay an extra night, at no cost, because of the whole situation. We gladly took them up on that offer and enjoyed another night at this beautiful cottage. There is a decent-sized hill you have to go up and then down to get to the parking area of this cottage. The parking area comfortably parked two large SUVs and a Full-size truck. There was maybe room for one or two more vehicles after that. There is so much to check out in the area: beach, water park, hiking, restaurants, we didn't have enough time to do it all, but we enjoyed every minute! The Khaki Campbell is a MUST-STAY location if you are a large group visiting the Lake Harmony area! Our kids were so sad to leave they cried and that says a lot. We hope to return to this amazing cottage sometime soon!

Very nice house!

Took my kids and grands for a nice summer trip. This house was spotless, they provide everything you need but food basically. We really enjoyed just being at the house, The kids loved the games they had there. And we all enjoyed our nightly dinners around the table big enough for us all. The owners really had everything labeled and explained for us so we had no question how to work anything. Just all around good experience! Thank you for letting us enjoy your house!

Relaxing Getaway

Clean and spacious home with many amenities. A short walk to Lake Harmony and about 30 minutes driving distance to many attractions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful home and host!!

Our of a few families with teenage kids stayed here together to ski and snowboard at JFBB. This home was big enough for us, and fully stocked with everything we needed! Hot tub was clean!! GREAT view of Big Boulder!! Host was VERY easy to communicate with! Wonderful home, very fun place to stay!! Has a tiled room located off the driveway for easy ski storage extra fridge too. Lots of games and amenities! Overall fun experience happy we choose this house!

Great Stay at Lake Harmony!

Family and friends had a great stay at this property. It was incredibly clean and just as advertised on the photos. We really enjoyed the awesome view from kitchen and living room of Big Boulder and had a great stay!

Cute getaway

Mandy's home was perfect for a weekend getaway with some friends. The place is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Huge kitchen for cooking, scenic view from the living room window, and the best hot tub I've been in yet. Definitely recommend :)

Great House in the Poconos

During our stay at the Khaki Campbell, we had a great time. The house was able to accommodate 7 adults and 4 children nicely. There was ample space in the bedrooms and the kids loved their bunk room in the basement with which had pool table, pong game, and old time Atari arcade system. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our questions and reach out to us during our stay to address any issues. Definitely recommend this house for rentals in the future. We also got to see a bear sighting on our last night. So, great way to close out to the week!

Perfect Pocono Getaway

My family and friends celebrated my son’s 16th birthday here this weekend! The house was perfect for all 18 of our guests to relax and enjoy! The game room was a great hangout for the kids when they weren’t snowboarding at Jack Frost and Big Boulder. The views of the slopes from the hot tub were stunning and probably my favorite part of the stay! The owners and property manager of this house thought of absolutely everything you would need to enjoy a truly relaxing getaway! The house was very clean from top to bottom. Upon arrival the bathrooms were sealed and cleaned similar to a nice hotel. The linens were all perfectly made on all the beds. There was a helpful video sent the week of the stay with visuals of how to use the fireplace, hot tub, controls and more. Everything was labeled making it easy to find things around the kitchen. And when I say they thought of everything in the kitchen .. they did! It was fully stocked! We also chose this house, because we have 2 dogs and it was really a bonus to have them with us this weekend. We brought a big play pen crate for them and they seemed to enjoy the sunshine coming in the huge windows that overlook the slopes and the lake. We all did! Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful comfy Home

My family and I stay here and it was great. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything you worked need for your trip. Great location. I would definitely recommend this place. And the manager Anna was great, she was very attentive and very helpful. To include maintenance. When I emailed the home owner to immediately sent Anna to assist. It was something as small as the internet wasn’t working. They came right out and fixed it. It just needed a reset.

Christmas Stay in the Poconos

My entire family stayed at the Khaki Campbell for the Christmas holiday. The house was beautiful and just right for all of us. We had plenty of space and everyone enjoyed the video games and shuffleboard in the basement, too! My little grandson loved seeing the "reindeer" walk by the house every day too. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances to prepare our meals. The owner kept in touch and was available for questions during our stay as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Wonderful place for a family gathering!

This was a wonderful place for our whole family to gather and we appreciated being able to bring our newly adopted dog as well. There were great activities throughout the home for everyone to enjoy and we especially loved the hot tub, retro video games, and children's climbing toy. We also appreciated how clean the home was when we arrived! Some of the beds need to be replaced, but other than that we had a fantastic time!

Quiet and relaxing

The neighborhood was very peaceful, quiet and full of nature. The house was extremely clean and provided more than enough space for our 8 guests. Both kids and adults had a great time and enjoyed the property.
