Welcome to Sweet Haven! This neat and comfortable house on a quiet cul-de-sac offers a peaceful retreat within easy driving distance of everything Greensboro has to offer. Check yourself in with keyless entry and keep your car out of the weather in the carport. In a compact 1000 square feet find two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom with 1 ½ baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing front porch and patio. In the backyard is the second largest red oak in North Carolina!

Convenient location
It takes 3 minutes to reach I-840, or the Urban Loop, allowing you to get anywhere quickly by car.
The house is 8 minutes from the Bryan Park Soccer complex, 13 minutes from the airport and 18 minutes from UNCG. It is 15 minutes from the Tanger Center in downtown Greensboro, with all the shopping and dining opportunities there. To reach a golf course takes 15-20 minutes. The Greensboro Coliseum is 20 minutes away. It is about 35 minutes from the High Point Furniture Market. Visit the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market on Saturday morning, arriving in less than 20 minutes. The Lake Townsend Marina, where you can rent a kayak, rowboat or sailboat, is only 10 minutes away.

We are on a half-acre lot featuring one of the largest red oak trees in the state, surrounded with flower and herb gardens. The house is within walking distance to a lovely hike by the lake on Townsend Trail.
Indoors, two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a twin feature roomy closets with hangers and luggage racks. One queen bedroom features black-out shades and a ceiling fan, while the other has an in-suite half bath and work station.
The full bath includes a hair dryer and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
In the living room you can log in to a 55-inch smart tv with cable to enjoy your favorite streaming services. Bring your log-in credentials! In a bedroom you’ll find a workspace where you can spread out your laptop and papers. High-speed internet allows you to work or play online games to your heart’s content. You’ll find plenty of places to charge your devices, including a multi-charging station and bedside lamps with wireless charging and USB ports.
The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy coffee or tea, or to prepare a nice meal. There is a microwave, coffee maker for both single serving and carafe, dishwasher and ice maker. The front porch and back patio offer seating for al fresco dining or relaxing.
Other things to note
Our policies: To maintain the quality of our home and to respect our neighbors, we ask that the person making the reservation be at least 25 years of age, and that the person who books the reservation be on site during the entire stay. Only guests who are on the reservation may be on the property. Please provide the names of all guests before arrival.
We are sorry, but as the property is not fenced, no pets are allowed.
Neither smoking nor vaping is allowed indoors.
For security, there is a Ring doorbell with camera at the front door, and smart lights at the driveway and back door. (The smart lights do not include cameras.)
Please, no parties! Most of the neighbors are elderly and go to bed early.
We provide about a week’s supply of coffee and tea, bathroom tissue, paper towels, napkins, dish soap and toiletries to get you started. You may have to purchase more if you plan a longer stay.
