Accommodating up to six guests, The Grove features three cozy bedrooms, including two twin beds, a queen bed, and a king bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for families or couples looking to unwind. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fans for your convenience.

After a day of exploring, come back to relax in this peaceful setting. Enjoy the nearby Kokopelli Golf Course and the new Oasis Sports Complex (opening in the summer of 2025), both just minutes away. The Grove is located on our families farmland. You may see us from time to time, bailing hay or working on the property to ensure it's in top shape. We are very careful not to disturb our guests and allow them to fully enjoy their stay!

Important Tips Before Your Stay

A set up package of 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 Free and Clear laundry pods are provided for each booking.

***The rental agreement will be sent to you to review and sign. The rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. This includes an ID upload which name matches the renter to prevent identity fraud.

***Please be aware that this property uses outdoor Ring Doorbells and outdoor Ring Floodlights for security purposes. These devices record video and audio in short snippets and their locations are visible to guests. Indoor camera use is not permitted in Illinois and is not used at this property.

****Thank you for considering our home, nestled on 70 beautiful acres and crafted from cedar. We want to be transparent that, depending on the time of year, some insects may occasionally wander in. While we prioritize pest control with regular visits every other month, it’s possible for a bug to make an appearance during guest check-ins, especially when doors are open. We completely understand that encountering a bug might not be ideal for everyone, and if this is a concern for you, we totally respect your decision to explore other options in the city that may suit you better. As of now, we haven’t received any reports of bugs from our guests or cleaners, but we acknowledge the possibility exists and is not grounds for any refund.
