BRAND NEW construction, sleeps 6 - BRAND NEW salt water hot tub and patio installation in May 2025. Pristine cottage/camp style home quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, build completed in 2024. Lots of room to spread out with 4 cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, full, and trundle beds. We have a living room on the main floor and a large family room in the lower level which is great for watching movies. With amenities like AC, WiFi, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. House is 1800 sq feet. Beach is shared and is a 3 minute walk away. Private mooring provided. 2 kayaks..8 and 10 ft. 1 Paddle board. 30 mins to Portland ME. 2 TVs, one 55 inch. WIFI, full kitchen with all you need to cook. Dog ok. Hiking, restaurants, ice fishing minutes away. Skiing is 30 minutes away.
