Lovely cabin set in the trees, with multiple decks to enjoy the scenery. Boasting 3 bdrms & 2 bthrms. Fun bunk room for the kids and bright work area. Large living opens the dining and kitchen. Beautifully decorated cabin with modern touches. Outdoor spa under the pines, BBQ and outdoor dining. Gas fireplace and loads of games to enjoy your retreat. All just minutes away from Lake Arrowhead.Perfect for couples or groups. NOT pet friendly

-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 pm to 9 am
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 pm to 10 am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
