The veranda is attached to the suite . The guest suite is not attached to the main house .There is a gas fireplace and large screen Smart TV .Off street parking .The pool is for guest suite guests only, pool is not secluded.

Suite is located 20 miles from Kiawah Beach and 20 miles from Folly Beach.

No pets allowed.

Please limit smoking to the covered veranda .

I had a wonderful visit

Chuck and Jeannie, the host are marvelous. The location was great for me as I was traveling alone. It was 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, 10 minutes from some of the plantation tours, very nice location. Secure, quiet and a beautiful neighborhood.It has an outdoor kitchen that has everything you need including a gas range. Otherwise a nice size bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. You can also use their veranda for outside seating. It has a nice fireplace, a TV out there as well as the pool.If I head back to Charleston by myself, I would stay here again. I know the owners have other properties as well. But I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and a special place to stay.It would also be great for a couple.I was sad to leave.!!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. Room is good sized and very clean! It was too cold to really use the veranda area but it was beautiful!We’d stay here again. Chuck was very friendly and had great suggestions on where to eat.

Great Place to relax

Lovely guest suite with great location for seeing all that the Charleston area has to offer. We enjoyed golfing the nearby Shadowmoss course. Exceptionally welcoming hosts. The pool area is beautiful and large. This was a perfect spot and we would love to return.

Great for Short Stay

Very clean room, but perhaps a bit small. Bed was the only place to get comfy. No couch or cozy chairs. Kitchen is outside near pool. Had all the conveniences, but having to go outside to make my coffee was not convenient. Great stay for someone who is out and about all day and only there to sleep. Owners were extremely nice as well.

10th Anniversary Stay

Mr. Chuck was so friendly and helpful! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It was exactly what we needed and wanted for our anniversary vacation. We’d love to stay with them again if we get to visit the Charleston area in the future!

Had the nest time, highly recommend!

My husband and I spent an extended weekend here and it could not have been more perfect. Chuck, who was solo hosting when we were there, was the sweetest most wonderful host we could have asked for. Anything and everything we needed, such as restaurant and sightseeing recommendations he readily provided. The space is exactly as described and so peaceful. I had spent the previous week working in downtown and the quiet zen of this guest suite was welcomed. We rented a car and the guest suite was the perfect base to easily go back downtown, visit beaches, Shem creek, Johns Island and many other sightseeing locations with just a short drive. Short drive to/from the airport as well. Plus there are some really fun places out near the guest house too! The pool was a really nice addition for an afternoon break or an evening swim. Would highly recommend and hope that if I find myself back in Charleston that I will be able to stay here again!

Dream Bungalow

This guesthouse/bungalow is amazing! The arrival was seamless. Everything was clean, comfortable and just beautiful. We spent more time there relaxing by the pool and inside the guesthouse in the evenings than I thought. We enjoyed our days out and about Charleston and looked forward to returning mid-day and evening for some relaxation. Jeanne and Chuck are amazing. We were provided with more than the basic necessities and they were available for any questions. We had the entire pool area to ourselves! We would definitely rent this guesthouse again!👏👏
