➜ *Snowbird* Snowbird season is from December to March on a monthly basis. The monthly fee for December-January has a premium of $3000 p/month plus fees. The monthly fee for February and March is $2700 per month, but December, January, and February can be booked together for the standard rate.

➜ Guests staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electricity bill. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out. A refundable security deposit of $200 US will be charged prior to entry.
