Fun little property with very attentive hosts. They obviously have worked hard to create a magical hideaway and they love sharing it with their guests.
We absolutely loved our stay! Very comfortable, relaxing, and the owners are so nice!
Bonus if you love dogs! We were greeted every morning by their dog Riley :)
We would without a doubt stay here again!
I don't usually write reviews but this was a fantastic experience. The location is so serene, the hosts so thoughtful and communicative, the animals on the property so cute and friendly (we miss Riley!), the pool and hot tub made for wonderful memories, the cabin itself was immaculate, and the nearness to Temecula made it a perfect wedding-trip accommodation! I would absolutely go back and would recommend it to all!
The property was even better than the pictures. The host was awesome at communicating and very welcoming. The whole property was beautiful. It was a great location, close to Temecula.
Great location, perfect setting, our 8 year old granddaughter loved it so much she and her Mommy came for an overnight. While it was cold at night (40) degrees, we were comfortable and warm on the Porch bedroom. We cooked on the grill, and were treated to the best doggies ever especially Riley. EVERYTHING THE HOST SAID WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE FOUND. Thank you you so much, we will be back. GOD BLESS YOU GREG! Michelle hang in there. This wasxthe best place for us to have quality time with our granddaughter as we live in Washington State.
Right from the start we had amazing communication with the host. We didn’t get to experience all that the host offered on the property like the amazing view from the sitting area because we were so busy but would absolutely stay again. If you do decide to stay in the room outside there is road noise you can hear but it didn’t bother us. We did have a few issues but that didn’t bother us much either, a bit if an ant problem and we lost power the last night of our stay. The host was also kind enough to leave us a treat the morning we left. Overall, we loved it and couldn’t have had a better first experience staying with a vrbo host!

Spotless, new unit with luxury features.
From the beginning, before we even arrived, owner sounded excited to meet us and asked about breakfast preferences. All three meals were healthy and delicious. Owners were very friendly and responsive during our stay. The country setting was beautiful , with a pool and hot tub available. Very interesting, comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We would definitely do it again.

Thoughtful getaway in a tiny home
We loved that we got to experience staying in a tiny home. There was a lovely sign welcoming us to our tiny home for 2 nights. Lots of pomegranate trees along the path to the tiny home brimming with fruit. We managed to sleep in both the sleeping porch and the loft. We had all the amenities we needed and breakfast was heavenly. At night the gardens look like they are lit up by fairy lights. There is some road noise but it dies away perfectly timed for my husband's usual early to bed. Michelle is a wonderful host who shares the recipes of the amazing cookies left in the tiny home and the mouth watering breakfasts she makes. We felt at home in the tiny home and will be back for future events in the area.

A peaceful oasis with gracious, friendly hosts
I was blown away by the beauty and serenity of the property! The amenities were more than expected and the tiny house was my tiny dream come true. The hosts were so welcoming; we were greater with fresh baked bread and the breakfast every morning was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and was even mentally planning my next visit On my long drive home.
Thank you Michelle and Greg!!

FUN GIRLS TRIP!!!
My friend and I met at the tiny home from Colorado and Texas to enjoy a girl's weekend. The tiny home was so cute and had all the amenities that you need. Michelle made delicious breakfast for us each morning and the company of the dogs made it even more special! Also, the entire property was a beautiful and relaxing environment, which I would love to come back and visit!

Beyond Charming
The Coral tiny house was perfect in every way. Every inch of the house was beautiful and the attention to detail made everything that much more enjoyable. Michelle and Greg put forth every effort to make the visit memorable. The breakfast was delicious and as animals lovers we really appreciated the interaction with the family's pets. We will definitely be back! Thank you Greg and Michelle!

Our perfect romantic escape!
We loved everything about our weekend stay at the Coral Tree House! The property location is perfectly removed from it all, yet only 30 minutes from San Diego. The owners, Michelle & Greg, are super nice and very accommodating. The tiny cabin was actually built by Greg, and everything is basically brand new. And despite its tiny size, it still felt very spacious. There were so many nice extra touches that really made our stay a memorable experience- such as a personalized welcome sign, freshly baked cookies in our room, and plush robes to wear to and from the spa! We also especially loved Michelle's delicious fresh breakfasts, late night use of the hot tub, and all the fun solar lights that brighten up the outdoor terrace at night. It is close enough to the Temecula wineries that you can get a lyft/uber over there if you wanted to. We had such a wonderful stay, and are very much looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful location, charming hosts
We were so happy with our visit to the Coral Tree House! The tiny house was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities that we needed for a great stay. We loved using the hot tub too! Michelle and Greg were so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts that Michelle made were outstanding! The location is beautiful, well landscaped & maintained, and very close & convenient to Old Town Temecula and wine country. (We very much enjoyed our visit to Masia de la Vinya winery and Oak Mountain winery.) The nearby Rainbow Oaks restaurant was very good as well.

About the host
Hosted by Michelle LaLonde
Coral Tree House is the home of Greg and Michelle LaLonde. In 1995, while looking for a forever home to raise our 4 boys, we found the tiny community of Rainbow and fell in love. The house itself was in need of lots of TLC and the 2.6 acre property was mostly dirt, but the potential was there. Over the years Greg, a general contractor by trade, remodeled, added to and added on until, 25 years later, the tiny paradise known as Coral Tree House was born.
Why they chose this property
We chose Rainbow for it's rural peace and charm while still being close to shopping and entertainment. Rainbow is a 14 square mile community in the foothills of northern San Diego. Visitors can enjoy the peace and quiet of this rural area and still find plenty to do and see in the nearby towns of Temecula, Fallbrook and Escondido. Nearby attractions include the 60+ wineries of the Temecula Valley, shopping and dining in Old Town Temecula and Fallbrook, golf at several area golf courses, hot air balloons, the Pala and Pechanga casinos and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Travel just a little farther and you'll find beautiful beaches, museums and the San Diego Zoo.
What makes this property unique
The two adjectives most often used to describe Coral Tree House are peaceful and magical. The minutes you step onto the property, you are surrounded by mature trees of all kinds. Riley, the worlds sweetest dog is our official greeter will accompany you on your tour of the property which includes; The Terrace - a tranquil seating area overlooking part of the Rainbow Valley where you can sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or play corn hole in the refreshing breeze. The Pool- The pool/hot tub area has numerous seating options for sunning, chatting, and outdoor dining. There is a barbque and outdoor griddle for guest use. At night, fairy lights twinkle in the trees. The Tiny Homes - There are Two tiny homes. The Tiny Cabin and The Tiny Beach House. The Tiny Cabin has limited cooking facilities (that's where the poolside cooking comes in) but has what I like to call, The Fabulous Sleeping Porch. A screened porch with a king size bed for fresh air sleeping. The Tiny Beach House has a kitchen with stove top and large convection microwave for those who'd rather cook than eat out. Both homessleep 4 comfortably.
