URSA MAJOR is the upper chalet-suite at URSA LODGE. URSA MAJOR is cozy
three bedroom suite offering a room with a double bed futon, a queen size bed room and a lofted bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The main floor boasts a full kitchen, and comfy living space with a wood burning fireplace. The main bedroom is a spacious loft overlooking the living space complete with an ensuite private bathroom and a comfortable king size bed with high quality linens, blankets and towels (two).
The main floor hosts two bedrooms. One room has a queen size bed and the other has a full size futon. Both are furnished with high quality bed linens and towels (2 per room)
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and silverware for six place settings, pots, pans and cutlery for guests complete cooking and dinning needs along with an ample refrigerator/freezer and electric range. A charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cooking.
HOUSE RULES:
- Skis and Snowboards are not allowed inside the chalet.
- Do not wear ski boots inside the chalet.
- No smoking (of anything) indoors. If you do smoke outside dispose of your waste properly. Do not flick cigarette butts around the property.
- Dispose of all garbage properly in the containers provided.
- Renters are liable for proper grill use. Move the grill away from the structure before use and recover grill when fully cooled.
- Quiet hours are 11pm - 8am. Please be respectful of other guest and our neighbors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Sliding glass door is not permitted for guest use. Any attempt to tamper with lock will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- Occupancy capacity must not be exceeded for overnight guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund until 15 days before booking, 50% refund 15 - 5 days and no refund after 5 days (barring a catastrophic event or bereavement. In that case we offer a full refund). 50% and no refund cases can be transferred to other dates for up to one year.
ANY VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
