Enjoy beautiful views off the 400 sq ft open air deck overlooking the Gulf waters with serene "Preserve" mangrove views. The property is equipped with WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ new stainless steal appliance package for an enjoyable stay. Our place is available for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The home is located in Gulf Harbor, one of the most sought after Gulf access neighborhoods located just minutes to Mercato & Waterside Shoppes, the white sandy beaches at Delnor Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, pickle ball, golf & plenty of dining and shopping options. This hidden gem of a community is located in North Naples, West of 41 & only a short boat ride through the backwaters out Wiggins Pass to The Gulf of Mexico. Pontoon boat available for rent for additional fees.
