Villa NINA in Makarska is gorgeous newly built luxury style villa situated 2km from Makarska town center in a quiet area. With heated infinity pool and stunning and breathtaking sea views, overlooking islands Brač, Hvar and Makarska town, it is ready for Your peaceful and relaxing vacation. Villa has 250 square meters with additional landscape of 120 square meters, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms.
The main floor includes a large open plan fully furnished and equip kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven…) with a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living /dining room which lead to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area includes lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Approachable from the kitchen is outdoor area where the BBQ facilities with dinning area are.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below. All rooms feature queen size beds, two of them are with built-in closets, one with wardrobe and all of them have beautiful bathrooms with luxurious glass showers.
Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where is an open roof terrace with an obstacle sea views.
At the top there is a outdoor kitchenette, bathroom, room with pull out sofa, and huge terrace.
This four bedroom and five bathroom house features a heated pool, open roof terrace with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea below, BBQ facilities.
Guests will be able to enjoy this home as if it was their own. With luxurious amenities, privacy and comfortable and spacious rooms we are certain Villa NINA is the ideal accommodations for an unforgettable holiday. The villa also includes a large private driveway where up to 3 cars can comfortably park.
As hosts of Villa NINA we prefer to give you as much privacy as possible. We want you to think of the villa as your home for a week or more. Pool cleaning and sheet changes and other similar technicalities can be discussed upon your arrival as to not interfere with your schedule in the least. We also offer the option of renting a chef for the week, booking excursions or assisting you in anything that could possibly add to your pleasant stay at Villa NINA.

Perfect Location and Experience
Villa Nina is the perfect location and brilliant set up for either families or just adults. Breathtaking views from the top floor and excellent pool. Very clean and had all the amenities needed. Groceries are a 5 min drive away. We did trips to Split, Hvar, Brac and of course Makarska. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful from communications, checking in and out as well as local tips. Would highly recommend to others and even stay there again next time in Croatia.

Simply perfect!!
Just fabulous. The bedrooms, baths, kitchen and pool area were perfect and of high quality. Our hosts were always on call to help with any questions we had. They arranged for a Peka dinner that was delivered to the house and a boating trip to Brac and Hvar. It was the perfect week in Croatia. Bg

A beautiful villa which is very modern, extremely clean and has all of the facilities required!
The villa exceeded are expectations, the setting is perfect with wonderful views over Makarska and surrounding sea. The infinity pool we used every day and was exceptionally clean. The bedrooms are very clean all with ensuite and much neede a/c. The kitchen has all the amenities required all of which are very new. Branko and Ana were perfect hosts my wife broke a tooth on the first day Branko organised a top class dentist with no fuss it was fixed same day. Nothing is to much trouble, recommending and booking restaurants and organising taxis. Our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children had a fabulous holiday and would recommend Villa Nina as an exceptional holiday villa, with hosts that really make a difference!

Great stay despite weather
We stayed at Villa Nina in early May. Despite somewhat mixed weather we had an excellent week! The house is beautiful, spacious and has all necessary amenities. Branko was super helpful with tips and bringing by stuff we needed. Only cautionary comment would be that the pool hadn’t been turned on before we arrived so took a couple of days to warm up, so if early season worth checking before you arrive maybe. Great holiday, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful modern villa with sea views of Makarska
This villa is really beautifully presented, everything was really clean and it's very well appointed with modern furnishings. The space definitely has the 'wow' factor, with sliding doors that open on to the gorgeous infinity pool and the view of Makarska, the Adriatic and Hvar beyond. Everything you need is there, including little things like dishwasher tablets, oil and vinegar for cooking, so it really is a home away from home. The owners are super helpful! When we had scheduled a boat trip for the day, they drove us to the marina and collected us later, so we wouldn't have the hassle of parking - nothing was too much trouble; dinner reservations, cab reservations, Branko was always happy to help. Thank you very much we had a great time!

Beautiful villa with great host
What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Nina! The house is beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. The infinity pool is beautiful overlooking the ocean and we also had great meals cooked over the outdoor wood grill. Branko was a great host attentive to any needs. I definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking views
We visited Villa Nina in May 2017 with our two children aged 7 and 9. Ahead of arriving the owners had already agreed to an early arrival great start. The villa is absolutely stunning all mod cons, immaculately clean and lots of nice touches like shower gel and shampoo in luxury bathroom. Branko gave us a lovely warm welcome and was keen to recommend lots to do. The major selling points are the fabulous infinity pool heated up to be lovely and warm and the stunning view of the islands. The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets with a cold beer. Makarska is really beautiful with lots to do bring jelly shoes as it is rocky but the sea is so clear you can see the fish. Lots of lovely restaurants and a bustling port too. All in all a fabulous holiday. Would definitely 'recommend the villa it's beautiful and Branko went out of his way to accommodate us. Thankyou.

The pictures provide a realistic presentation. It is a new modern style villa, with high class equipment inside. The Italian kitchen got all the domestic appliances you need. All bedrooms got their own bathrooms which offer you a lot of space. From the open roof terrace and balconies and from the infinity pool you got a breathtaking views. Villa has a great BBQ area with open dining space. Car is recommended. Hosts are on disposal 24/7.

Villa Nina Makarska is finished in July 2016. When We finished it, than it ends up in medias, and has been described like a new, modern, carefully designed, with grate roof terrace.
