The Space:
Split floor plan 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom: a master bedroom with queen size bed and Tv, a full bathroom with shower in front of it, the spacious second bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundle and a work space with table and chair next to the window, this bedroom has a door to exit to the private fenced patio with a table, chairs and umbrella.
The living room with Tv and a dining room for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped.
The house has a small separate efficiency currently rented by a great tenant. This house is a duplex so it's divided in half by a wall both spaces are completely separate blocked off and private with 2 separate entrances, they only share the Laundry next to the back patio. Twin washer/dryer available next to the wall.

As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.
