We are from this area we just live 6 mins away. So if there is a major problem we should be able to assist quickly unless we are out of town.lol! My husband had to retire due to health reasons so this is why we are into rental oroperties
Why they chose this property
We live in this neighborhood. We love the area. The schools are excelllent. The community is small and people are very friendly.
What makes this property unique
We have converted the basement into two bedrooms and a big game room with a full-size air hockey table. The street this property is on has very little traffic.
