Lake Muskoka year round cottage rental with 200' of waterfront.

Come enjoy this bright open concept cottage, located in Walker's Point on Lake Muskoka. The cottage is nestled amongst 150 year old pine trees. It has 4 bedrooms, with a view of the lake from the kitchen, dining room, living room and Master bedroom. There is over 200 feet of waterfront for you to enjoy!
There is a large deck that crosses the front of the cottage, where you can relax and enjoy meals or watching children play. A traditional gazebo is situated near the water for your enjoyment.
There is a play centre, a swing set, and a horseshoe pit along the far side of the cottage.
We supply all the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), linens for the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the wood for the fire pit.
Off season: 2 adults $330 per night; extra guest fee of $65 per night. (plus HST) after the first 2 adults. We are trying to encourage families, therefore we do not charge for children under 12 years of age. The cottage can accommodate 7 adults.
Summer months (July 2 to Sept. 5, 2022) minimum rental of one week: $5,955. (Please note: when booking, if renting in the summer months, please only put in one guest, so as not to be quoted the extra guest fee. However, you are still limited to 7 guests)
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
We provide the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens. We also provide paper towels, toilet paper, and serviettes. We also provide 2 hours a week of a cleaning service in the summer weekly rentals, so that everyone gets a vacation.
Please, no smoking, no pets, and no diving from the dock.
Minimum age of rental is 25; renter must have home insurance that covers their stay at a short term rental venue.
Names and addresses of all guests must be supplied prior to commencement of the rental. No other guests allowed without prior approval of the Owner.
