1 Bedroom apartment, 150m away from the 5th Ave. 24/7 security, 2 pools, gym, rooftop, parking.

The apartment has a 2nd bedroom (lock-off), which can be rented separately to other guests. The access to the 2nd room is thru a second door, as if it was a completely separate apartment. There's a door in between these 2, which remains locked at all times. The only "shared" part would be the balcony.

The apartment is equipped with wifi, tv, king size bed, bathroom, safe, 4 burners, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and more.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.

Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.

We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.

The building is 3 blocks away from 30th Ave, where you'll be able to find ATMs, supermarkets, food carts and more. 5th ave is 150m away from the building.

Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required

We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.
We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.

For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.

The elevator service will be suspended starting July 4, being resumed once Hurricane Beryl passes.
During your stay, you'll be required to use a bracelet so building management is able to identify tenants. You'll need to hand it off to the front desk upon check out. If you happen to lose it, building management will charge 10USD.

At the moment, the cinema is out of commission and due to COVID it's possible that building management requires to sign up to use common areas like the gym, business center, playroom. Pool can be used with no pre-registration. Rooftop pool is adults-only.

Por el momento, el cine se encuentra fuera de servicio y, por COVID, es posible que la administración del edificio solicite pre-registrarse para hacer uso de amenidades como gimnasio, business center, salón de juegos. Las albercas podrán ser utilizadas sin pre-registro. La alberca del rooftop es solo adultos.
