Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, queen and 1 twin in second bedroom. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Great Place

We really like this location and the surrounding community. The property was conviently located and we loved the direct ocean view. The unit was on the end so there were a lot of windows which brought in a lot of light. The property manager was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I think the unti could have been a little cleaner. That would be the only negative. We had a great stay.

Nice location

Close to everything. Great beach view. CleanSomewhat dated but large. Would suggest they replace mattresses and pillows. Mattresses were hard. Pillows were worn out. Apparently there was water damage at some point and it smelled of mold.

Wonderful Panoramic view

Everything was as shown in the photos. Very clean well appointed. Our first visit to satellite beach very relaxing. Hope to return.

Best View on the Space Coast!

This condo has the best view of the beach anywhere I've ever stayed. You can see the beach and ocean from every single window. The unit was clean and well-stocked. It's in an excellent location for walking to restaurants, fast food, movie theaters, grocery stores, and drug stores. The pool was warm and in a great location! The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We loved every minute! You can also see the rocket launch from the condo with your bare eyes!

Amazing place!

We loved our time here. Ghe property was beautiful, clean, and extremely oceanfront! We took a beach buggy but never had to unpack it. It's a beautiful corner comdo. Also, i can't say enough about the property manager. She was extremely communicative and uick to answer all of our questions. Don't pass this one up!

Outstanding Beachfront location

Our family of four recently stayed at this beach condo for a tournament held in Viera. We had all of the amenities to enjoy the beach, cook at home dinners, and visit local restaurants native to the area. We were 20 mins from Viera shopping, 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach, and 25 mins to Merritt Island where we did a night kayaking excursion. There is a Publix grocery just across the street and the beach is steps away from our panoramic balcony view. Sunsets and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral did not disappoint! A perfect space for families of all ages. We did not use the laundry on site—be aware that there is no W/D unit inside the condo. Plenty of beach and bath towels were provided and there is coin laundry available on third and fourth floors. Bed linens and pillows could use an upgrade for future reference. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to prepare food. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Relaxing Family Time

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The views were spectacular. Everything we could need was provided. The location suited are family perfectly and the conveniences of the stores and restaurants could not be beat! The beach and pool were not crowded. Perfect stay.

Best view!!!!

Great view of the beach and ocean. Almost Panoramic when standing in living room because of how close it was to the beach. Extremely clean and well stocked. The master could use some darkening curtains but it’s a minor issue. It had every kitchen accessory that a family could ever hope for…blender, toaster, nice coffee maker, etc. Very comfortable furniture and the beds slept well. Also, the AC worked really well…it got hot outside so it was nice to cool off so quickly. Management was extremely nice and communicated well. We will be back to this unit soon, it was our favorite of all time. A++++

Amazing Views!

One of the nicest vacation rentals we stayed at. More beautiful than pictures can show. Very peaceful place, and quiet. Pretty close to Melbourne and Coco Beach. Cindy, the Premier Host, was very responsive to our questions. I would give this place a 10!❤️

Wonderful stay!

We just had the most relaxing stay here! The unit is updated and has a soothing beach vibe throughout. I loved seeing the sunrise each morning and we were fortunate to witness a nighttime launch during our stay! (Currently the window treatments in the master aren’t darkening, so that is a recommendation we have as well as perhaps providing coffee filters, some foil/plastic wrap). However there is a great grocery store across the street and several dining options nearby, which makes it convenient for grabbing anything you might need. You can’t beat the views here, the heated pool, and hearing the waves from the condo. Cindy and Wendy were helpful when booking our stay, and we look forward to coming back here again!

Enjoyed our (too short) stay!

My husband and I, along with another couple, took a long weekend trip in October. The Condo was clean, comfortable and pretty well stocked. I would suggest a pillow upgrade, but no other complaints. Good linens and towels. We appreciated the full sized beach towels….those are difficult to pack. If we had a longer stay, I’d prefer a unit with a washer/dryer for convenience, but there were some available within the complex. The four of us have taken a trip like this to a number of different Florida beaches over the past 5 years. We all felt this was one condo and location we would come back to. Thanks for a great weekend!

Amazing ocean front views you can see the ocean from all the windows.Property was very clean and had everything we needed for relaxing beach vacation.Beach was not very crowded and was very good for surfing and fishing.

A Slice of Heaven!

This property is amazing! The views were spectacular! The location couldn’t have been better! It is close to wonderful cuisine, grocery stores, liquor store and shopping! We had a great time - very relaxing for the most part. I had read all of the reviews online and would totally agree with most of them. All of the photos are accurate! We loved getting up to watch the Sunrise every morning. Goombay's was our favorite restaurant. We live in SWFL and will return to this unit next year!

Wonderful Mother’s Day Vacation at the Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the pool, and appreciated having pool noodles provided as well as a beach umbrella and beach chairs for when we went to the beach. Being a corner unit, this condo provided an amazing view of the ocean and both sides of the beach. The location was close to shopping and restaurants but also quieter then nearby cocoa beach. We would definitely choose this unit again for a future vacation.
