The house features 500 square meters of living space, including a 4.2-meter high-ceiling living room with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The property boasts a blend of idyllic pastoral charm and tranquil seaside views.

Each bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and the four spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for privacy. There are two independent bathrooms, each with a bathtub, as well as separate toilets for added convenience.
