Welcome to your ultimate game day getaway! This rustic yet modern barn retreat offers the perfect blend of country charm and fan excitement and is minutes from Oklahoma State University. Tailgate in style with a game room featuring a pool table, multiple big screens for watching the game, and an Xbox with gaming chairs to keep everyone entertained. Fully stocked with all the gameday essentials, the space includes a Purple queen bed, triple built-in bunks, and all linens and towels. Enjoy a meal on the Blackstone grill or start the day with fresh coffee from the coffee maker. You'll feel right at home with a washer and dryer and a complete set of appliances. Make this barn your OSU headquarters for an unforgettable stay!
A couple of important notes...this is a 20 acre property shared with another house. The barn apartment is 850SF and has an adjoining shop that is not included in the rental and may be accessed by the property owner at times. There are a few trails in nearby woods for exploring or meditating but be careful not to cross fences or lose your direction! Lastly, there are penned chickens and a crowing rooster on this property. They are fun to watch but please don't leave bad reviews because the rooster crows...He's just letting you know its morning ; )
