Please note: The outdoor pool is closed during the fall and winter and opens again in the summer. We can't guarantee when the pool will be open or closed, and is subject to availability.

🔵 You must check-in BEFORE 11pm on the night of your arrival. Please arrange and plan accordingly. * Once you check-in and retrieve the key fob, you'll have access to the building 24/7.
HOUSE RULES
1. CHECK-IN TIME
. As stated in our House Rules, our official check-in time is 4 pm, regardless of any settings that allow you to change this. We do offer an early check-in for a small fee (CAD$25) that can be requested via your Enso Connect Boarding Pass. This small fee helps us schedule an additional cleaner to accommodate this request. You must check-in before 11pm, no later!
2. BANFF PASS, KEY FOB(S)
The Banff Pass is free for you to use for the duration of your stay, and must be requested before 4pm on your check-in date. Please note: One-night bookings do not apply. An additional key fob must also be requested before 4pm on your check-in date. Please make sure to return/leave the Banff Pass and key fob(s) on the counter before you leave or applicable charges will apply. (CAD $150/each for Banff Pass or Key Fob, CAD $250 for garage fob)
3. PARKING TICKETS
The parking garage is monitored daily and we are not responsible for parking tickets. Please be sure you are parking in the correct stall mentioned in your check-in instructions. For extra vehicles, paid visitor parking is on a first come first serve basis.
4. NOISE/CIGARETTE/CANNABIS SMOKE DEVICES
We are electronically notified when noise and cigarette/cannabis smoke is detected in the unit. We are also notified when the equipment is unplugged, moved, etc.
5. QUITE HOURS/NO PARTIES
Please keep in mind this is a residential building and we ask that you be respectful of your neighbors. The quiet hours are between 10 pm - 7 am.
a. Please note: we do have a noise detector, and are alerted if noise levels are over 70 db.
b. Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. No exceptions. This is a STRICT rule as it can affect our license. Applicable charges will apply (CAD$600)
c. To prevent partying or disruption of neighbors, you will be notified only ONCE if noise levels (above 70db) have been detected or if the device equipment has been tampered with. 2nd warning means that a manager will be sent onsite and you will be told to leave with no refund of the reservation or deposit.
6. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
We have a very strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking and drugs. Strictly no drug use, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes within the building, or on the balcony. No exceptions. Applicable charges will apply. (CAD$250)
7. ENSO CONNECT
This is a platform we utilize for guest management to enhance the guest experience and to verify our guests to protect our owner’s investments. Enso Connect is fully integrated into all the major booking platforms and is a trusted platform gaining more popularity in the industry. After the booking confirmation, you will be sent a link to your personal Boarding Pass that includes everything you’ll need for a wonderful stay including: check-in and check-out instructions (with pictures), helpful information required during your stay and awesome Guide pages to local attractions, events, etc.
8. DAMAGE
We complete a thorough walk-through before your check-in. All previous damage is documented. Any new damage found within the property during your stay will be documented and reported. Upon check-in, we also recommend that you verify everything is functional and that you are overall happy with the property. You must inform us immediately upon check-in if you notice any damage.
a. DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT
We know accidents may happen. This covers any property damage that occurred during your stay. The host will collect this after the booking confirmation. We have the right to only offer the deposit option at our discretion and without notice especially during events, stampede etc.
You choose between two options:
Security Deposit (CAD$600) - Pay a larger fee that is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card company.
Damage Waiver (CAD$100) - Pay a smaller one-time non-refundable fee that covers small damages that may occur during your stay. This is a favored option by guests because it simplifies the process of dealing with minor damages and it avoids the need to assess and withhold larger funds from a security deposit.
b. MAJOR DAMAGE
If there is major damage caused during your stay, such as broken windows, etc., you may be held legally responsible for the associated costs of repair.
9. EXCESSIVE UNCLEANLINESS
The property should be left in an acceptable condition. If the property is excessively unclean (excessive garbage throughout, dirt, mud, stains, etc.) and it results in extra cleaning time, you’ll be charged accordingly for extra cleaning fees (CAD$100).
10. COMMUNAL SPACES
These shared spaces are for your enjoyment during your stay. Please remember to respect these spaces and your neighbors, maintain cleanliness, and keep your noise levels down. There are security cameras in all communal areas of the building.
11. NO SHOES INDOORS
No outdoor shoes are allowed inside.
12. NO PETS ALLOWED
We have a strict no-pets policy. Applicable charges will apply (CAD$150)
13. COMPLAINT POLICY
We do have a strict complaint policy. During your stay, If there are complaints regarding partying or loud noise from neighbors, or the building security you will be told to leave. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. No exceptions. No refunds.
14. BALCONY SAFETY
Please exercise caution while on the balcony. All children must be supervised.
15. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during your stay. If you notice anything within the property that presents a danger to yourself or anyone within your group of guests, you must inform us immediately after check-in.
16. VERIFICATION PROCESS
We utilize Enso Connect, as mentioned above. Before receiving check-in instructions and as a part of the verification process, you must provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, take a clear photo, pay for the damage deposit or waiver by entering your credit card information (processed via Stripe), and confirm your contact information.
17. AGREEMENT
All guests who have confirmed the reservation have agreed to be bound by our House Rules, and Service Agreement. You also acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
18. LATE CHECK-OUT
All guests must check-out at or before 11 am. No exceptions. If our cleaners notify us that you're still in the unit, you'll be charged $100/hr for unapproved late check-out fees.
19. MANAGER SENT
If a manager needs to be sent onsite for partying, loud noise, breaking of any house rules, or for any reason deemed necessary by building security or our staff, you will be told to leave with no refund on reservation or deposit.
