Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge (shared) pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

APARTMENT SUNSET

You can expect a bright, spaciously living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or you enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with a bathtub.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the shared pool area, there is a private deck area available.

Sunset unit

Place was exactly as pictured in the listing. Perfect unit for 1 or 2 people. It was nice to step outside at night and get right in the hot tub. Close to restaurants. Would be nice to have a tv in the bedroom and the bed frame would creak when moving at night but those are minor issues. It was a pleasure to meet Judi before checkout. Thanks for the stay.

Cape Coral Getaway

Stayed with my Son and the place was perfect for the 2 of us and it was more than enough room. My son enjoyed doing some grilling on the outdoor grill and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The Location was great and the other renters were a pleasure to converse with... We would definitely say again.

Home away from home.

My Wife and I enjoy staying at places that are not hotels. This little place fit the bill. Nice quiet area that is close to everything we wanted to do and see. With hotels you really never know what you will get even at hotels you frequent. The type of guest can make a difference. This place is small and does not have a bunch of people staying here. This helps to keep it quiet. Great experience and expect to do this again.

The outside needs work. There was a huge pothole in the parking area. Inside was clean. Would have appreciated notice that there was a charge for doing laundry before we left.

Very nice accommodations

This is a clean and quiet place to stay. The pool area is well kept. Close to all of the downtown Cape Coral food and shopping without being too close to the main roads.

Great property overall

The location was a little lower income feeling. No problems with anybody and guests were friendly. Hot tub only usable around 6:30p to 10p, which we hoped to use it in the morning. The property manager, Judi, was great and the overall suite was enjoyable. I did tell them about the bed being really creeky and would wake up my spouse if I moved or got up in the middle of the night.

Everything about my stay was beautiful. The property manager checked in regularly and was such a big help with finding things to do. The only thing I would suggest is getting a bigger tv for the living room. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone!!
