Palmetto Dunes and Queens Grant is the premiere spot for a family vacation. With the FREE Palmetto Dunes Buggy transportation vehicles, you may choose to never use your car while you are here. You can bike for miles on the bike paths that run beneath the canopy of oaks and spanish moss throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove, or take the Dunes Buggy to Shelter Cove or the beach. The Community pools in Queens Grant are close by and offer a wonderful alternative to the beach.

Palmetto Dunes is close to a variety of grocery stores including Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, Harris Teeter, Publix and Kroger. You also have every type of restaurant imaginable within minutes of the plantation.

One stay at 547 Queens Grant and you will want to make this your family vacation spot for years to come.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

There will be light renovation work construction in fall 2025. No construction is permitted during the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day (except essential maintenance and repairs).

Loved the property

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, great communication, although emails are very long they do have a lot of useful information. Loved being able to text with questions, received prompt responses and assistance! Location is wonderful as well. This was our first time in Hilton Head, we will definitely come back year after year! Huge thank you to the host and property managers!

Nice spot, OK condo

This condo did the job but was nothing to write home about. Seemed pretty dated and a bit tired. Biggest downer was the outside patio. Not a comfortable place to gather. Other units in Queens Grant seemed to have a nicer setup. We flew to Hilton Head, so it would have been nice to have more beach amenities. No beach towels provided. The location is great. Easy walk to beach, general store, fishing spots, and Hilton Head Outfitters, where we rented kayaks and bikes. The property management company is great and provided lots of communication.

Great place!!

Great place- mattresses on Murphy beds are not for adults that weigh between 150 and 200+. Would be ok for kids or may need replaced. Could not get TV on in main room but was so busy we didn’t need it on

Great condo

Say YES to this condo. We stayed the month of May and had so much fun. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable with a private deck. The best thing though is the location- close to pool, golf, pickelball/tennis, beach and Dunes House! We hope to come back and definitely recommend this place! We love Hilton Head!!

Hilton Head vacation

First time in Hilton Head. Great location, access to beach. disappointed in deck. It was pollen season. Needed to be cleaned. No view of anything from unit. Kitchen very well equipped. Decor a little dated. Over all had a nice time. Got to golf.

Great access to conference hotel and beach

Stayed here for a conference at the Marriott. Easy walking distance to the Marriott and to the beach. Also very close to the General Store that has many supplies. Great kitchen if you like to cook. Also a very sizable deck with a gas grill. Very comfortable place to stay

Fun for the price

Pros: -Cast iron skillet -Washer and dryer -Location -Gas Grill Cons: -Dish soap needs upgraded - Deck needs pressure washed, mildewy -Don’t put AC below 72 degrees or leaking comes from the ceiling. :-/

palmetto dunes is centrally located to everything. Bike paths were great. Dunes Buggy drivers were awesome! Our unit had no view of anything, which was kind of disappointing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice property

This condo was in a good location. Nice walk to beach, store and bike rental. I do wish the patio was a little more welcoming. There was a lot of debris on it and the furniture was not very attractive. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.

Family trip August 22

As a family of 4 the property meet all our needs, it is position meant we could walk to the general store, beach, tennis courts and near by restaurants. It had plenty of storage and kitchen utensils, the property was clean and check in was easy. We enjoyed 2 weeks at the unit and would return.

Our stay was really nice and relaxing. Community is quiet, no noise so very respectful. This was our first time staying at this property and definitely would stay again. Close to a lot of things to do and not far from beach either. Would definitely recommend this condo. Side note: Master shower could use better shower heads water pressure was light.

We hope to be back!

This was our fourth trip to Hilton Head and our second stay at this property. Very spacious for our family of 4. Easy beach access. Easy check in/out. I love the in unit washer and dryer and personal gas grill. Definitely our first choice for when we return. When we stayed back in 2020 we had some issues with the thermostat and refrigerator leaking and both of those issues have been resolved. Very comfortable and clean.

This property in Palmetto Dunes was in a great location, walkable to the beach, pool, general store. The property was impeccably clean! Kitchen was well appointed w/ glassware, utensils, etc. Lovely patio too. Truly felt like home away from home:). The management co. was excellent to work with too!

Great place to stay!

Everything was as listed. The unit was clean, comfortable, had nice decor, and everything you need while away from home! The property manager was quick to respond to an issue we had with a shower head and it was fixed that day. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Super Location

We were in Hilton Head for a pickleball event and you just couldn't beat how close it was to the courts. So clean and the perfect set up for our group of friends. Palmetto Dunes not very friendly about parking (we lost a pass and they wouldn't issue new one) but other than that a great stay
