About this property

Our Cabin is built next to our house, it has 90 sq meters. It is made out of wood. it has a full equipped kitchen and it has a wooden stove for colder days and nights.
it is located 20 minutes walk from downtown and 5 minutes by car.
It overlook the city, lake and volcanoes.
For children we have a trampoline to play( under parents supervision). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
We been hosting guest since 2012, we all speak english and native spanish. I am a tour guide in the area since 2001

we bought this house as a good opportunity to have our family and welcome our friends and relatives. It has a convenient location, close to schools, hospitals and it is located in a very quiet area. It has a lot of green spaces

What makes this property unique

My first wow!! with the property was the view and the garden, I love to sit and read next to the windows, specially on sunny days( we dont have that many).
