My neighborhood is a picturesque historic neighborhood; very beautiful with diverse architecture, very peaceful tree canopied streets,. Probably the most storied historic neighborhood in Oklahoma.
It is also THE MOST walkable neighborhood (walk score 71) in the city with sidewalks and rolling elevations to get your cardio in. Very short stroll to Midtown streetcar, restaurants, bars, gyms, yoga studios and new shops opening up ALL the time.
The fact that it is on the north side of Midtown, Downtown and everything happening in Oklahoma City makes it one awesome place. The best of all worlds.

*Midtown/Downtown/Bricktown: This area is a 5 minute taxi or car ride away and about a 20 minute walk. You can walk the canal, take a boat ride, eat on one of our wonderful rooftop patios (try Packards in Midtown! Search midtownokc and downtownokc for current events
Premiere on Film Row: is a family-friendly event on the third Friday of each month, featuring film screenings, live music, art exhibitions and gourmet food trucks. There is no cost to attend.
*Paseo Arts District: Approximately a 5 minute drive to all of the shops and restaurants. On a nice days you can sit on the various patios and try all the delicious restaurants. Shopping in this area is provided by local artists. they have an artist walk 1st Friday evening of the month
*Plaza District: A 15 minute walk to the hot spot for hipsters with great dining, you'll find restaurants ranging from Guatemalan to pizza by the slice, great bars, including local Craft beer opportunities, Pie Junkie,the Lyric theater and plenty of unique shopping and art. Be sure to check out their brewing and art walk on the second Friday evening of every month!
*Uptown 23 - Uptown 23rd District is one of Oklahoma City’s premier business and entertainment districts that continues to grow. Uptown is housed along the historic Route 66 with many iconic landmarks such as the Tower Theater, the Gold Dome, and the historic Milk Bottle. Uptown stretches from Broadway to Pennsylvania on NW 23rd Street.

>>The flat is the lower unit of a duplex. It has a shared entrance from the front and from the back as well.

>The flat is 1/2 of a mile from I- 235 and within a mile of both I-35 and I-44.
>If you don't have a car while here, I would suggest Uber, which is usually available within 5 minutes, average cost of a ride is $4-$8.
>>I tend to leave my guests alone since you can come and go as you wish. I live right next door so I am usually available as I am either at home working or within a 10 minute walk. Text me with any needs.
>>Please don't park in the driveway. It is the access to 6 dwellings, only two of which I own. You can park directly behind the guesthouse where there is space for only Two cars or on the street in front.
