My neighborhood is a picturesque historic neighborhood; very beautiful with diverse architecture, very peaceful tree canopied streets,. Probably the most storied historic neighborhood in Oklahoma.

It is also THE MOST walkable neighborhood (walk score 71) in the city with sidewalks and rolling elevations to get your cardio in. Very short stroll to Midtown streetcar, restaurants, bars, gyms, yoga studios and new shops opening up ALL the time.

The fact that it is on the north side of Midtown, Downtown and everything happening in Oklahoma City makes it one awesome place. The best of all worlds.
Below is a list of nearby districts and areas.

Communication and cleanliness
Would not recommend without knowing additional cleaning was done and that my cleaning fee was actually used. Huge cobwebs in the bathroom and vent above the stove. I reached out to property owner via vrbo 24 hrs prior to checkin. Then texted. Finally heard back via VRBO. Owner said there was a medical emergency the day of checkin.

The neighborhood
This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood. You want to go on walks when staying here. The duplex is nice and clean and stocked. The owner was very accommodating, she has things like coffee, creamer, butter, drinks so you didn’t have to go grocery shopping the second you get there. It was my husband, I, and two kids ages 1 and 4; we were comfortable.

Clean, well-appointed and great location.
The unit is clean, really spacious, and in a great part of town. We stayed over a weekend in mid-August and it was nice and cool and served our needs while traveling with an infant (10 weeks). Michale had a pack and play waiting for us which was really useful. No street noise and limited noise from the unit upstairs. Lots of little extras-- cable, Netflix, etc; coffee/cream/bottles water; an dbasic toiletries. Would definitely recommend the unit and landlords to friends!

Beautiful Place Surrounded By Historic Neighborhood
This condo was just as beautiful and welcoming as the pictures. Michale has made the condo very comfortable and welcoming with everything you need to include places to see and eat; fully stocked kitchen and bathroom; very comfortable beds; and she is easy to contact if anything is needed. We could walk to several eateries and attractions, but our favorite was to walk around the historic neighborhood and take in all of the gorgeous houses and architecture. If we visit OKC in the future, we will be returning to this condo. Thank you Michale for opening your condo to us! Our trip was very enjoyable.

Great neighborhood. The only places better are Michale's condos in the Sieber.
Perfectly clean and well-appointed. Interesting tiles in the bathroom. Great service and responsiveness. The locks require keys to get out of the building, as well as in, which is a bit odd, and would be risky in the event of fire.

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

Don't hesitate to ask me any questions you may have and I hope to see you soon!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in my neighborhood for over 30 years and have helped revive this beautiful neighborhood. My neighbor was getting a period in her life where she needed less distractions from her family responsibilities and since the guesthouse was next door she asked me to buy it and take care of it. It's a jewel and I was honored to do so.
She lives around the corner, so she will make sure I keep my promise.

What makes this property unique

The charming American architecture classic Georgian. In a beautiful historic neighborhood now located within walking distance of all the emerging vitality that has come from OKC's MAPS reinvestment (Metropolitan Area Projects) Plan.
