*2 King beds/2 bath. -4 persons Maximum. -One assigned parking space (see below) - Marina- sorry but our HOA does not allow guests to bring a boat.
-LAKEFRONT and a Quiet/private location on Lakeshore Blvd.

Crystal Shores VIllas, located on the Lake and on exclusive 557 Lakeshore Blvd in Incline Village. Magnificent views of the lake (lake is 50 yards away). Small, beautifully maintained property of 11 separate buildings with 2 townhomes in each building.

•***FIREPLACE is NOT operable due to no wood burning allowed . (There is a Fedora Candle Holder with 5 large candles for ambiance)

•split-level with 550 sq.ft. on each floor: Living area / kitchen are upstairs.
Bed / Bathrooms are downstairs with top quality King size mattresses
•One assigned parking space close to the front door (parking is not covered). An additional car would park outside our gate.

•Small private beach (towels / beach chairs provided).

•Lakeshore Drive which has a flat sidewalk for walking/jogging that goes for miles.

•Gas Grill on deck and beach

•Air-Conditioning unit in each bedroom (portable a/c unit)

Minimum Age & noise: We have our own and love children; however, our HOA is sensitive to loud kids play (and screaming or crying)
In addition, the stairs & the height of the railing upstairs; and, the 2nd floor deck railing can be dangerous to kids.
Please understand we have had damage; scratches to wood floors; dings in walls, cabinets/fridge door; the stair railings repaired from leaning/pulling on them.

More Detail & FAQ's:

•BEDROOMS- King-size beds (Luxury Firm mattress) and 42' LCD TV's. (limit to 4 guests/2 per bed and no air mattresses or sleeping accommodations allowed other than the bedrooms). Blackout blinds on windows.

•AIR CONDITIONING- portable units in both bedrooms (not in living area). Tahoe is normally cool at night in the summer; however, there are some hot evenings. We also have box Fans.

•BATHROOMS- are small but very nice. Each has walk-in showers, with great water pressure; lots of storage space, heated floors.

Our private beach is man-made and has chaise chairs and picnic tables for your use. No paddle boards or kayaks available (they are owners). Swimming is next door or off the marina which has a ladder for entering the lake at your own risk from boats. No lifeguard.

•* Burnt Cedar Beach has an outdoor heated Pool (1/2 mile away) and Incline Beach (2 miles away) are available for a guest fee of $16 adults, $6 children. In the summer, Incline Beach has live music. Both serve food and alcoholic drinks.

• Bikes, kayaks, Paddle Boards, etc are available for rent in town/at Burnt Cedar Beach

Great stay!

This is an excellent place to stay in Tahoe. The location is close to Incline village, and there is a nice walking trail outside. The condo was perfect for the three of us. It’s very well stocked, with everything we needed. We loved the view and sat outside as much as possible. The heated bathroom floors felt great, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location beautiful view

The property was clean and comfortable and the view is beautiful We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and had everything we needed. A little more light in the dining area would be nice. We would definitely stay again. The owner is very nice.

Lake Tahoe/Incline Village Home Away From Home

Everything about our experience was great - from pre-trip communication with the owner (Mark) and property manager (Terry), to right before our trip updates, to ease of check in/out during out trip. Emails and phone calls were answered very promptly and completely. We are pre-planners, and both Mark and Terry made us feel like we were very prepared before we arrived. We would highly recommend this property, the owner, and manager to anyone looking for a nice place to call home away from home in the Lake Tahoe/Incline Village area. Thank you.

Great central location for Lake Tahoe. The property is perfectly situated for glorious views.

The property is lovely. No shoes inside so bring some slippers to walk around inside. No working fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs, 1 en-suite and 1 smaller bedroom with bathroom in hall. Comfy beds. Nicely furnished. Amazing views of the lake and mountains. Terry was there in a flash to greet us. The owner is extremely responsive and has lots of great insight and information. Grocery store, The Hyatt and Diamond Peak all 5-10 minutes away. The neighbors aren’t there much, but when they are, they have 2 pups that are easily startled by any noise. We were very comfortable and felt very safe in the townhouse community. You’ll love the time spent in the Lake Tahoe area if you stay here!

Meticulous rental

This property was very clean and comfortable. When the property manager checked us in he requested we took off our shoes when we entered. It made it a little difficult bringing in groceries etc. but made for a meticulously kept condo.

Incline Village Gem

An absolutely superb condo. I cannot stress enough how well kept this property is in regards to cleanliness. When my wife and I arrived we were in awe of how taken care of everything was and how comfortable the beds were. (Invaluable after a long day of travel) Mark leaves detailed instructions throughout the condo for any questions you may run into regarding wifi or tv/streaming. And although I did not run into a single issue, the property manager Terry made it clear that he was available at any time should we run into problems. Everything around the whole property was in immaculate shape and although there were a few other visitors in the surrounding condos, we never heard a peep or were disturbed at all. (Sidenote) The main gate requires a code and provides a sense of security that can become an afterthought when traveling to an unfamiliar place. Lastly, Mark was super helpful and I can't say enough good things about how easy he made this process. He communicated every detail to me before arrival and made things that much easier. He also provided plenty of information regarding local events and amenities -- super helpful! From the moment we arrived to the moment we walked out the door, my wife and I felt at home. We can't wait to return.

Great Condo - can't say enough!!

I stayed at Mark's Condo for a week in mid December for work. It is exceptionally nice, all furnishings are top flight, and it had everything I needed to make my stay perfect while working. Mark and his House Manager Terry were very accommodating and followed up with me numerous time to ensure my satisfaction. I am wrapping my project up in the Incline / Crystal Bay area, but if I need stay for an extended period of time this will be my first choice!

Great although

I was expecting to have a clear view of the lake and did not as it was not directly on the beach. Still beautiful well kept townhome with everything we would need. The property manager was very much in a hurry and clearly didn't want to spend time showing us the complicated tv system, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The owner was great.

We are a professional working couple and our family has vacationed in Incline Village for 30 years as well as we have family and many friends living in Incline.

Why they chose this property

Incline Village is considered one of the finest communities on Lake Tahoe and the closest to Reno Airport (28 miles).
-Great views of the lake and mountains from the living room and deck.
- 2 level townhome; therefore, no noise from another unit above ours. Air-Conditioning units in bedrooms
-Small, quiet and beautifully landscaped complex with private beach.
-Situated on Lakeshore Blvd which is ideal for walking/jogging on the sidewalk.
-1/2 mile to private Burnt Cedar Beach which has a large outdoor pool (entry charges apply); 2 miles to the Hyatt Casino (which is also on Lakeshore blvd). 4 miles to Diamond Peak ski resort in Incline Village.
