-All guests must sign our rental agreement- mandated by Florida Law.
-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized people are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
-Bi-weekly cleanings are mandatory, and provided by the host. Included in the nightly rate.
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside the property.
-This home is pet-friendly for dogs weighing less than 25lbs, with a fee of $150, per pet, per stay.
