Paradise in the Pines is a spacious condo located within the desirable Seventh Mountain Resort, where guest will enjoy a host of onsite amenities such as pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, disc golf, seasonal ice rink, horseback riding, seasonal dining, and so much more.
Once you’re ready to seek adventure away from the home, you’ll be within just a few miles of downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the scenic Deschutes River. The resort is also the closest lodging to the Mount Bachelor Ski Resort, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination for snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park, under 10 minutes from the home, offers miles of skiing, snowshoeing, and walking trails. Even if you’re not visiting in the winter months, there’s still so much to do and see! Trailheads nearby provide abundant opportunity for scenic hikes in and out of the national forest, or you can visit the extinct Pilot Butte volcano, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the area. The Lava River Cave and Newberry National Volcanic Monument allow you to get close to active volcanic areas, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Let relaxation take you over as you lounge in the cozy living room on the plush sofa or armchair seating, setting the electric fireplace ablaze in the colder months to create the perfect ambiance for streaming a new movie on the mounted smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware for the added convenience of preparing delicious meals right from home. The spacious island also serves as the dining area, where high-top stools can seat 6 for formal meals and quick bites alike.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper, and a queen size murphy bed in the living room. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This condo does not provide laundry facilities.
• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
• This is a 2nd floor unit – no elevator available.
• Community wristbands are required while on the property which give access to resort amenities as a guest. These pink wristbands will be provided in-unit at no additional charge. Please note that lost wristbands will result in a $50 charge.
• Please note that upon arrival at Seventh Mountain Resort, all guests will need to check in at the registration center and provide reservation information (Name of Guests & Unit #) in order to complete check in. Once this is complete, guests may proceed to their unit.
• The availability of resort amenities is determined entirely by Seventh Mountain Resort, and therefore please note that if any resort amenities are unavailable due to maintenance or any other reason Grand Welcome is not responsible.
• This unit is a part of the Seventh Mountain resort with access to amenities, but managed by Grand Welcome. If you need any type of customer service support with your reservation, check in/checkout time, or anything of that nature please reach out to Grand Welcome of Bend, OR, to discuss your concerns.
Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.
West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
