The Space:

Nature lovers will find their haven here, with an abundance of activities year-round. From world-class golf courses and miles of scenic biking trails to thrilling water sports on the Deschutes River, there's no shortage of ways to embrace the natural beauty that defines Sunriver. Winter transforms the area into a snow-covered wonderland, inviting skiers and snowboarders to hit the slopes at nearby Mount Bachelor, the largest ski resort in the Oregon and a sought-after destination from snow enthusiasts from all over. In the heart of the town, the charming Village at Sunriver offers a delightful mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, creating a vibrant atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. When you’re ready to venture out and see what the area has to offer, you’ll be within 20 minutes of downtown Bend and the popular Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. Explore the area’s many charms with easy walks to the Village at Sunriver, SHARC, and the indulgent Sage Springs Spa. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 20 miles from the home, offering miles of skiing, snowshoeing, and walking trails. That golf we mentioned? The Woodlands and Crosswater Golf Courses are both less than 10 minutes away, each offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a hallway alcove with a twin-over-twin bunk bed off the living room. There are brand new heating and cooling systems installed in the condo. 1 in the main living area, and 1 in each bedroom. Each unit has its own remote control, located next to each heating & cooling system in each room.


The recently remodeled home boasts a bright, modern interior with soaring ceilings and clerestory windows, featuring updated floors, furnishings, bathroom, and kitchen. Gather the crew together in the living room to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The fireplace will keep you warm and toasty during the cooler months, creating the perfect ambiance for a cozy movie night. Steps way, the covered balcony blends indoor and outdoor living space together, offering a serene space for sipping your morning espresso while observing wildlife or preparing a delicious barbeque lunch on the grill. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the equipment, cookware, and dining ware needed to prepare convenient meals right from home, with ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. Dine together at the chic table with seating for 4, keeping the picturesque vistas of the outdoors in full view. Traveling with little ones? A wealth of family-friendly amenities awaits: toys, games, high chair, toddler busy board, tub insert, and more! But that’s not all! Enhance your family getaway with extra perks: a picnic blanket, racks for skis or snowboards, and outdoor games are all included.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The bunk alcove in the living room is designed for small children and is not suitable for adults due to its limited space.
- Washer and dryer in-home.
- New Ductless heating and cooling as an amenity: Individual controls so guests can heat and cool to their preference.
- Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.
- No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
- Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 70 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $35 will be required. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- No cats.
- No dogs on furniture.
- This condo is equipped with an external security camera monitoring the front entrance, which points to the parking area, building stairs and entry.
- 6 complimentary SHARC passes will be provided. Please return all 6 SHARC passes. If lost or damaged, there will be a $125 charge fee for replacement.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.

• Make sure all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving.
• Please turn off all lights prior to checking-out.
• No Parties allowed.
• The Property and balcony are non-smoking.
• Do not exceed the number of max occupants.
• Always observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and be respectful to neighbors.
