This well-appointed house boasts a gorgeous view of a wide and beautiful canal perfect for wildlife and sunrise viewing. Relax around the heatable pool with a frosty drink in hand or sit waterside on the dock while enjoying the firepit. There are plenty of seats for enjoying your favorite meals either inside or while dining al fresco. Three cozy bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa sleeps up to 8 people. Relax in the tub in the master bath or gather in the living room to stream your favorite TV series. Visit nearby Sanibel or Pine Island or take a trip to Fort Myers Beach for vacationland fun! Make the memories of a lifetime while enjoying this conveniently located home! Pool heat is $25/day or at a reduced rate for stays over 30 days. Pet fee is $150/dog. Breed and weight required.

Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our 2 months here. The home was very clean and well stocked. Excellent restaurants and shopping were close by. My husband loved sitting and fishing the canal. There was a kayak but no paddle but there was no ladder to access the water. We saw dolphin and manatees while sitting on the lanai.
