One of the best view property's in Santa Rosa Cove! Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom La Quinta retreat. Fully remodeled top to bottom no expense spared! This peaceful condo boasts 1 king bed with ensuite and the two guest rooms each a queen bed, perfect for a tremendous getaway with friends or family. Corner Unit boasts 180 degree mountain views, perfect for snowbirds! Enjoy the excellent amenities that Santa Rosa Cove has to offer such as Tennis and many pools and jacuzzis spread throughout the community. Also, we are steps from the putting green and PGA West Mountain and Dunes courses. We do not have resort amenities but all are welcome to enjoy the grounds of the beautiful hotel and the fabulous restaurants of the resort, Twenty6, Adobe and Morgan's. The path (lovingly coined The Yellow Brick Road) is right out our door and takes you straight to the hotel where you can enjoy Live music many nights! Visiting downtown La Quinta is just minutes away where walking the shops and Art galleries or dining at the many wonderful restaurants is a must!
La Quinta is the perfect destination for all whether you want to hike it's many trails, play Tennis, Golf, see Concerts, Comedy shows, Hockey games, Casinos, Spas or just relax by the pool...this is the perfect modern, light and bright corner unit Condo for you!

The La Quinta Resort and Spa is a GEM! The beautiful mountains make the views spectacular! We love the proximity to all of what the desert has to offer whether its shopping, dining, concerts, casinos, hiking, biking, swimming...and so much more!
What makes this property unique
We just completed a full remodel and new furnishings give the condo a Hi end feel, a relaxing oasis for sure! The kitchen picture window frames the amazing view toward the hotel and the dining room patio door boasts views south toward the Santa Rosa mountains
