Many listings claim ski in ski out this one actually is.

GROUND FLOOR condo. Easy to locate and convenient for unloading. Set two feet below grade so it remains cool in summer and warm in winter.

On the QUIET west end of town. Just 1 block to Tellurides main grocery, Clark's Market and popular restaurants and bars, Siam Thai, There Bar, The Nook and Hotel Telluride, etc.

Adjacent to the Valley Floor and its miles of beautiful hiking and snow biking trails, groomed Nordic trails and Skate Skiing.

Walk to the center of town along the stunning, scenic River Trail which flows along the Lodge or ride the FREE town SHUTTLE which stops every 10-15 minutes at two convenient Lodge locations.

Free high speed WIFI and Spectrum Cable Vision TV and Roku.

Comfortable, high quality SEALY beds.
A Queen bed in one bedroom and two Twin beds in the other.
A full/double sized Convert-A-Couch in the living room can sleep an additional guest or two small guests or children.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a full-size glass top stove/oven, full sized refrigerator and full sized dishwasher. An abundance of cookware and utensils for meal preparation and serving.

Large 6 x 3-foot dining table with seating for 6. It also makes a great place for working or playing cards or board games.

Well-lit condo, with lots of natural light during the day and ample ceiling lighting at night. Window coverings on all windows to suit individual privacy and light preferences.

2 NEW HOT TUBS with powerful massaging jets. Maintained at a therapeutic 104 degrees F.

Convenient and secured HOA laundry 10 feet away, with newer commercial large capacity washers and dryers.

Gas Weber BBQs, well maintained by the HOA, Close to the condo.

Underground free, secured, heated parking space (1). Additional public parking across the street.

DOGS, okay with prior approval and one time payment of $135.00 dog fee. Guests must contact me before booking. 2 dog maximum. No cats permitted.

I do not have to split my rents with a management company thereby affording me the opportunity to offer more reasonable rates than others.

Great Ski Condo

Jason is the best. Very responsive and great recommendations for everything you need will your in town. The location couldn’t be better. Just steps from the chair lift and short walk to bars and restaurants of downtown.

Good Last Minute Find

My friends and I booked this condo last-minute when our first option fell through. The space was small, cozy, and clean. The location was great as it was walking distance to restaurants and a short bus ride away from the gondola station to get to Mountain Village. Jason was a great host and super helpful. He went above and beyond to help us jump my car when the battery died! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Accommodations In Telluride

We had a great stay at this condo in Telluride. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. You can park your car in the secure underground garage which is on-site and only feet away. Jason, the owner, was responsive to all inquiries. The main grocery store, Clark's Market, is very close and the entire town of Telluride is within walking distance. It is a perfect place for 3-4 adults. 5 Stars! Jim M.

Great location!

Within walking distance to downtown and other activities. East to get to the Gondola and many trails. Property was clean with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space.

Amazing Views

Clean and very comfortable. The condo was perfect for my family so convenient. Parking was easy. The views around the condo were breathtaking. Jason was easily available via text or phone call when needed. Will definitely be staying again if i revisit the area.

Location to a lift is the name of the game

Jason was such a wonderful host. He went well above what is considered normal, the location is amazing. The grocery store is just a short stroll and the two hot tubs are great at the end of the day. Telluride get-a-way

Cozy and convenient. Property came as described. Fairly busy entry way etc, but super convenient with garage entrance next door and 50 yd walk to lift. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We parked our vehicle and never got in it again until we left! walk to downtown for all the great dining spots. We will be back.

My wife and I chose this lodging for a 4-night stay in June to participate in Mountains 2 Desert Classic bike ride. Our host was friendly and professional, and was effective and responsive with his communications. The location offered very easy and close access to main city area either via free city shuttle service or by walking on foot. Several restaurants are within walking distance. I would certainly stay at this location again.

Very nice place to stay

The apartment was conveniently located, heated garage parking, right next to Apartment. Easy, convenient loading/unloading. Cozy place, has everything you need, bed was comfortable. Safe location and owner is very friendly and responsive. Hot tubs are right around the corner, I definitely will book again.

Awesome Host

Jason was a perfect host. He was very quick to respond and was very hospitable. Condo was in a great location. I enjoyed walking my dog on the trail by the property which is by the river. Walking to the gondola is an easy walk that we enjoyed as we took in all the scenery. Would definitely book again!

Perfect place to stay while in Telluride

Great condo. Very spacious and lots of natural light. We loved the full kitchen with everything we needed to make meals and have our morning coffee. Beds were comfy and there is lots of closet space. We’ll definitely stay at Jason’s place next time we visit. My daughter and her husband live there so part of my heart is in Telluride. ❤️ Thank you Jason! Awesome Ski in/out Condo

The condo is in a great location in town, right at the base of Lift 7. Very easy access to mountain if you're there to ski/snowboard. Town loop shuttle picks up just a couple of minutes away, also very convenient for getting around. We actually didn't use our car the entire week. It was really nice to have the garage parking space and keep the car out of the elements! Restaurants and shops in town are a short walk from the condo (10-15 min) and the free gondola station is only about 10 min walk. Gets you quickly over to the mountain village area and everything over there. Beautiful views. Ride it at night as well, the lights of town at night are something else. The condo is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen and two refrigerators. Definitely a great price for the location and amenities. Jason is great and very quick to respond to any questions. He welcomed us to town and gave us a quick rundown of the condo/lodge and garage, which was very helpful. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

I, (Jason Galt) was raised in the DC metropolitan area. I moved to San Diego in 1985 to attend the University of San Diego after graduating from the University of Maryland.
After visiting Telluride for over 25 years, in 2005, I decided to make it my full time home. Skiing, Hiking, Mountain Biking and attending the many summer festivals make Telluride great.

The Lodge underwent a multi million dollar exterior renovation and is commensurate with the natural beauty which surrounds it.
