Located in Harbour View, this villa is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. The property offers terrific amenities like a washing machine and dryer, AC, iron, and WiFi and so much more. Three bathrooms ensure convenience for all. A newly listed villa with spacious living space. The villa is equipped with fully centralized AC. Short Walk to Jolly Harbour for shops, restaurants, pharmacy or the Epicurean Supermarket for your needed groceries. You won't be disappointed! Blue Emerald villa is your perfect destination for a relaxing sunny get away for you and the family.

The Space
Newly listed Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. Open kitchen with a dining table. Living room includes two large sofas and a recliner with large tv and surround sound system. The bedrooms comprise of one queen size bed in master bedroom and two twin size beds in the other two bedrooms, accommodating 6 or more guests. All bathrooms are full bathrooms with showers.

Never worry about power outage. Blue Emerald is now equipped with a generator. The Villa has centralized AC, which provides cool air in all rooms including bedroom and bathrooms. The villa is equipped with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Outside on the small deck has a small wicker coffee table with chairs for sitting outside to enjoy some sun and sip champagne or tea. Villa also comes with patio lounge chairs for bathing in the sun on the large deck. Outside barbecue grill available.

Our guests have full access to the villa which includes our garden. If booking between the months of April and May, you will get the opportunity to experience our mango tree that bares mangos around these months. No need to go looking when its right there to your availability. You will also have access to our guava tree as well. Experience the great taste of our fruits.

Other things to note
We highly recommend renting a car for long distances or a golf cart for short distances to have access to ALL of Antigua's lovely beaches, restaurants and things to do. Several of the best beaches are within walking distance including Jolly Harbour beach where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants, rent a jet ski, go kayaking or rent a beach chair and relax while reading a book or enjoying the scenery while soaking up the sun. Darkwood beach is also close by. this beach has a large side and a small side.

Golf cart and car rentals are available at the Jolly Harbour commercial center. I can help with rentals if needed. There is a maintenance person on call if needed and cleaning personal for a soft cleaning and upkeep while enjoying your stay.
