Some of these spaces need to be reserved in advance, and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it can also be closed by the condominium management on other days of the week for maintenance.

Communication with guests is conducted as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also by phone.

Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
