Fantastic stay in Tucson that felt like home

Overall wonderful stay at this house. At check-in, the host left her present engagement to welcome us to the home. She gave us a detailed tour of the property, went through any nuances in each room, and gave us helpful information about the surrounding area. This is in an HOA, so call ahead of time to make special arrangements with the host. We brought along a tow-behind trailer and had to get pre-approval to park it long term in the visitor space. The only thing that was 4 star was the neighborhood / location. We stayed for 3 weeks and there were two incidences of neighbors in the community who 1) had their car broken into and 2) their car was stolen. (She left her keys in the car and the car unlocked.) We did not experience any issues or personal items missing. We made sure to lock our car doors every night. If you park in the garage, this would be a non-issue for you. Wonderful stay in Tucson!! The hosts reached out to us weekly to make sure that everything was going well and if we needed restocked on anything.

Wonderful

Karen was extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Location was ideal for our family and the home was very comfortable. We would stay again without hesitation. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

I’d stay here again!

I was lucky to find this home for my 24 day stay in February (with my two small dogs). The location was perfect; close to bike trail, golf courses, great restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Tucson. It was very quiet. It had a well stocked kitchen. A comfortable setting. A great selection of tv channels. A nice backyard for the dogs (and a small doggie door). The highlight was the 2 person hot tub which was easy to access and use!

So comfortable!

From the beginning of our arrival, to the beginning of our departure, the hosts of this beautiful home, Karen and Wayne, were very accommodating! The home is beautifully furnished and easy to live in. It is the most stocked home we have ever been in! Karen is very attentive to details that deliver comfort and organization. We give them four stars for the entire experience! We will be staying there again in the future!

Tucson house

The house was great. It was very clean and perfect for three guys playing baseball for the weekend. The host were very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. Would stay there again.

Excellent location and very clean pet-friendly property

We enjoyed our stay very much and felt safe from COVID in this very clean town home. The space was just the right size, the kitchen well equipped, and our host, Karen was very helpful and provided excellent, detailed information during out stay. We highly recommend this place if you are in need of a comfortable space!

Had a pleasant stay

Karen and Wayne were excellent hosts. Very kind and attentive and extremely accommodating. The house was good and had everything we needed. Nothing was missing and my family enjoyed it very much. We would rent it again. The reason I did not give it a 4 or 5 star is because the house would have to be remodeled because it is very out dated. However that is only an improvement suggestion if the goal is to make the rental a 4 or 5 star. Thank you Karen and Wayne

Lacking proper maintenance

Hvac wasn't working properly the week BEFORE we got there. We had to use 3 space heaters to keep temp above 60 degrees for 1 1/2 weeks of our 3 week stay. Needs a lot of TLC on walls and woodwork. Yes, it has a 2 car garage but a bush sticks out a good 1 1/2 to 2 feet on the right side and scrapes against the car on the right side when pulling in. Door locks are a mess. 3 different mixed sets of keys on key rings and front locked gate is so far out of alignment the only way in or out is garage door. Yes there are good features about the place but overall not worth the price. Upstairs smoke detector needed a new battery, owners were out of town and recommended taking out battery to disable it. With 2 adults and a baby sleeping upstairs and a week left in our stay, I went out and bought a new battery and put it in. Owner never called or came over to fix or check on smoke alarm that entire week but did repay me for the batteries on check out day.

Comfortable and clean

Karen and Wayne were excellent hosts. They gave us a tour of the home, were available for questions, and were friendly and gracious. The home was as described, but we were amazed by the completeness of the items available that you may need during your stay. For example, the bathroom toiletries included a complete medicine cabinet, including bandaids, aspirin, ibuprofen, shaver, shaving lotion, toothbrushes, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped down to spices and condiments. It was the most completely furnished unit we have ever stayed in. The main tv included multiple channels and movies available . We would have given it 5 stars except the shower in the master bath was showing its age . We enjoyed staying a week with our daughter and her family to attend our grandsons baseball tournament. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and overall were well satisfied. It is well worth the moderate costs.

Wonderful place roomie clean .

Just stayed for 2 Was perfect place to stay near everything. I found 3 different malls within 5 miles. Karen & Wayne are terrific hosts. Checked on us to see if we needed anything. Highly, recommend to everyone.
