We loved being within 15 minutes of the hikes, restaurant, and winery we wanted to visit, yet away from all the busyness of a tourist city. This tiny house is perfect. We found the little kitchen perfect for making breakfasts, the coffee, wonderful, and shower amazing after a long day hiking. Each night we crashed on the comfy memory foam mattress. The stars are amazing on a clear night and in the morning you may glimpse hot air balloons- we saw 5! We loved the blackout curtains. The little details have been thought of- you’ll feel cozy here away from the noise.
The cabin is in a great location with quick access to Sedona, hiking trails, and Red Rock State Park. The drive in was beautiful and the cabin had a nice view. It was very private, quiet, and relaxing. I bet the garden looks amazing during the growing season which I could only imagine since I was there during winter. One thing I didn’t pay attention to was that there’s no microwave. That was totally my oversight, so don’t make my mistake and bring microwaveable things. A kettle would have been great to boil water for pour over coffee if, like me, you’re not a fan of those coffee pods. My mistake for not thinking of that until after the fact. Overall it was cozy, quaint, and there are chickens! What else can I say? Go book a stay!
