The waters of Tampa Bay, the Gulf and Lake Tarpon combine to make these an area of unparalleled recreational and leisure time activities.
This second floor recently renovated condo is located in the premier community of East Lake Woodlands Country Club. This is a large gated community encompassing both condominiums and single family homes with lakes, walking / jogging paths, tennis, swimming pools and two PGA Golf Courses and more. This condo is very nicely furnished and equipped.
This is an ideal condo for long or short term vacation.

Cozy condo, great location!
The condo is located in the Eastlake Woodlands neighborhood of Oldsmar just a few minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, and major highways. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything you need. I stayed for 3 weeks! My son and I loved using the pool that's a short walk away. There's a nice view of a treeline from the screened balcony and the owners were very responsive during back-to-back hurricanes. I would definitely recommend!

We liked the property overall. Our first time in the condo and we werent sure if we could use the water toys or beach equipment. It would've been nice to know ahead of time.

Had a great stay and look forward to retuning. Fantastic location, quiet with everything near by. Communication with the hoist always quick & easy and Bruce was great to deal with onsite.

Lovely modern property
A pleasant apartment on an immaculate complex, very quiet and convenient for shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is heated to 90 which even on cool days makes swimming a pleasure.

Everything was great, any problems that came up were handled by Bruce who managed this property. He is outstanding and takes care of any problems immediately. A real pleasure talk to and a lot of help. The location of this property is great and a short drive to everything in the area.

Rough Beginning!
We had a rough beginning. We trusted the reviews for this property. Not exactly what they said it was. Stains in 2nd bedroom carpet. Carpet needs replacing. Lots of dust on baseboards and carpet. The place needs a deep cleaning. The a/c vents had caked on dust on them along with the a/c closet filled with dust. The master closet had a burned out light. Not replaced the whole time we were there. The door to that closet vents were the same. The 2nd bathroom tub and sink had drainage problem. Bruce did have the plumber out and resolved that problem. We asked him to come and inspect the condo for a few other things but he refused. He said the cleaning lady only does light cleaning. Well, as you may guess, I had to clean the place. I must say after all that we didn’t have any other problems. We asked Bruce to come and inspect the place before we left and again he refused. We never saw him during our stay. I left a list of things that needed attention. I hope he takes care of them because it’s not a bad condo if things are taken care of.

The townhouse was very nice, it was clean and had all of the amenities we could ever need. It's in a gated community which has its positive and negatives, i.e. having to check in at the gate each time you enter (it was fast though and the people are super nice). One thing I would note is that, because of the cooling system, the owners asked us to keep the temperature at 76 degrees which is a little warm for us. If that temperature works for you, you shouldn't have a problem, but I did think it was worth mentioning.

This property is not only gorgeous, but the community and grounds are as well. If you're looking for a location that is quiet and close to various beaches, state parks and shopping this is the place for you! This was a stop for me in between waiting for my forever home to be ready but it felt like home while I was there.

Another Great Stay!
Love this property and the hosts. My Cahill has stayed here multiple times and it’s always great. Everything a family needs for a longer stay and very comfortable. We tried out the community pool for the first time on this trip and it was a definite highlight. Highly recommend this property!

This was my second time visiting the property and we loved it. The condo was very nice, clean, and very organized. It had everything needed for a family vacation. Great location, I will definitively rent again this property if possible. The hosts, are quick at communicating with you. The condo had a lot of remodeling done as well. We enjoyed our stay. We were a party of 4 and stayed for 6 nights. The condo was spacious and well equipped to meet the basic needs. Unfortunately folks before us did not follow the instructions of Wendy so when we went to use the Washer and Dryer we had to clean sand from inside nor did others take care of some of the things Wendy provides . Coolers and what not for they were left with water which we cleaned out as well. Overall the area around the condo is beautiful, neighborhood is friendly, Wendy is easy to communicate with and very helpful! Her home is beautiful and I truly wish others had just taken better care of her stuff for she does open her space up to complete strangers !! I would certainly go back !! Only complaint I had was the air needed to stay on 76 degrees , it was 90 degrees the entire time we were down there so this did not work well for I love to be cold. So to respect her wishes we bought a fan which we left at the property for future renters !!! Overall loved the space , Wendy was amazing and I would certainly be back ! Great space adorable and Centrally located!
