Welcome to Caribbean 501 located on the 5th floor of The Caribbean Complex in Gulf Shores Alabama! The Caribbean is the ONLY pet friendly complex that is Direct beachfront in all of Gulf Shores, any other pet friendly complex is not on the beach.
One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. The Caribbean is located 1.6 miles West of the Hangout and this unit has a direct Gulf View from the private balcony and living room!
Complex amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, an elevated boardwalk to the beach, ground level poolside bathrooms and this unit is pet friendly.
This 2BR/2BA unit features nine-foot ceilings and tile floors throughout.
The spacious living/dining area is equipped with a dining table for 4 people with additional seating at the bar, double sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, Smart TV and Dish satellite service.
The master suite is outfitted with a king bed, ceiling fan, a wall-mounted television, 2 nightstands, private water closet, jetted tub, walk-in shower and 2 vanities.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted television, and a ceiling fan.
The unit also boasts a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi access and a private balcony offering breathtaking Gulf views.
I have several units in this building so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.
We offer an extended stay discount on reservations that are 28 nights or more starting November 1st and ending March 1st.
Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.
2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.
3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.
4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.
Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
