About this property

Spacious 3-bedroom flat with a wonderful view, 2 blocks from downtown Prescott.

This bright & lovely flat features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a large living room with a sofa bed. Sit in the bay areas with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the view of Thumb Butte. The 2000 sq ft space occupies the entire second floor of this 1925 building easily accessible by outside stairs and a stairlift. This is our home when we are in town so you will find a very nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and stylish furniture. We have direct TV stream and wifi. The best part is you are only 2 blocks from the plaza and downtown Prescott,, a truly wonderful experience. We absolutely love our flat, you will too!

Cute Place

It was a cute place. The location was great, it was very close to everything we needed. The only thing I did not like was the door being unlocked upon arrival. I was scared someone could have been in the house, maybe a lockbox or a key code to get the key would help that aspect. Other than that it was an amazing stay and the owner was very kind.

In 1982 we chose to live in the pines, and now that the downtown is so upbeat, we chose to live in the historic neighborhood.

Location is key, we are close to everything the downtown has to offer. It is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming.
