Situated approximately four blocks to the beach, this rental home is just a brief walk to Rehoboth Avenue's many shops and restaurants. With two stories, this single-family house features room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. On the first floor of this vacation rental, guests are treated to a large, open kitchen and dining area, as well as the living space. 306 Hickman also has an option for single-level living, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms that share the second bathroom. If outdoor living is a must, then guests will love what this home has to offer - a screened porch and deck mean two great options for outdoor relaxing and dining! This is a non-smoking home.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $252.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
