The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac an offers a serene and safe environment, making it an ideal spot for children to play freely while providing peace of mind for families seeking relaxation and enjoyment. The spacious 2,587 sq. ft. home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests (three bedrooms have private bathrooms). The home has an open-concept layout, ideal for entertaining family and friends, and a cozy screened-in porch to enjoy the coastal breeze.

One Master bedroom with king bed and private bath is on the first floor. Another Master bedroom with king bed and private bath on the second floor. The second floor also has a Queen bedroom with private bath and two Jack-and-Jill rooms with bunk beds, trundle beds, and a shared full bath.

Amenities include linens and towels, high-speed internet, Xfinity streaming TV sevice, a large flatscreen TV in the living room, washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses.

Community perks include two outdoor pools, a fitness center, a playground, multiple pickleball courts, tennis courts, and kayak ramp. The recreation fee for using the community amenities is $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day (subject to change by community). The seasonal Bethany Trolley stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes (only $0.25 per ride) for easy access to town and the beach.
