You'll be just a short stroll from Union Station, the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court, Stanton Park, and various vibrant restaurants and bars. Nestled on a peaceful, tree-lined street, this neighborhood offers the charm of a small town within the heart of the city, with some of the city's best dining options nearby. Conveniently located near Whole Foods, this home is your perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

The property is a fully separate unit in the townhouse on the first floor (English basement), with its own private entrance.

We have 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom, a mini-kitchen that is well stocked, and a washer and dryer in this conveniently located home.

- Guests will have access to the entire basement unit, except for the owners' closets, which are locked.

- As the property manager, myself or a member of our team will be available during your stay if you need anything at all.

- Please do not bother the upstairs neighbors, thank you!

Perfect location!

Property is in a perfect location, within walking distance of Union Station and the bus system! This is a no frills place to stay, couldn’t get the WiFi to work and the space could use some TLC. Would stay again tho!

Simple Safe & Quiet

Clean simple place with the necessities. Appreciated communication with owners. Would not hesitate to stay here again nor hesitate to share with anyone visiting Washington DC.
