With 3.6m ceilings as a reminder of its previous life as a popular beachside hotel, this marvelous property offers AC, WiFi, heating, a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom includes a second toilet for your convenience in the morning rush before you go out to enjoy the vibrant local area.
There's a fully equipped kitchen and dining room if you want to eat in or order in from one of the dozens of restaurants and cafes on the famous Hampton St.
Hampton Beach and the local surf club are just 100m away so you can enjoy a walk, swim or snorkel in a very family friendly and safe environment. There's plenty of fish including snapper and flathead, plus you might get the thrill of meeting one of the many eagle rays and smooth rays that gently cruise the beach and reefs. There's even sea horses and other more exotic sea life if you look hard or get a local to guide you.
Walk out the front door and 160m away is Hampton St with its amazing selection of cafes, restaurants, bars and live music. With over 320 shops and businesses, all walking distance, you should be well fed and find everything you want. A Google search will list numerous highly rated cafes and restaurants which open from early morning until late at night.
If you want to go further the train station is just 180m from the front door and buses go to major shopping centres or other attractions such as the nearby Brighton Beach bathing boxes.

Close to amenities
Excellent location with cafes, transport, woolies in easy walking distance. Property very clean with lots of cooking equipment, crockery etc. quite a spacious unit. Good for a stroll on beach. Host very helpful.
