Two-bedroom, two-bath condo (sleeps 5) with beautiful ocean views from your balcony.

Location, location, location! Conveniently located near The Wright Brother's National Memorial and centrally located to several 'Best of the Beach' award winning restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, Kitty Hawk Kites, and Jockey's Ridge State Park. If you are a lover of sea life, Nags Head Pier is within a couple of miles. Take a day trip to Hatteras Lighthouse, head over to Manteo, or drive up to Corolla where you can see wild Spanish Mustang horses grazing in their natural habitat.

Property features include: cable TV with 2 flat screen TVs, free WiFi, direct beach access, and an outdoor pool. Sleeping arrangements include: One king bed in master, Queen bed and twin in guest room. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking on site and luggage lift for guest convenience.

Wonderful week!
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The pictures and description were accurate and it was well cleaned when we arrived. Great central location to explore the area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. One of the smoke detectors needed a new battery when we arrived, Shana got us a replacement in a timely and convenient manner. Great unit, great host!

The property looked better in the pictures. It was old and smelled old. No welcome book to explain TV. Never found the remote on the front bedroom TV. Closets had owners junk just thrown in them and kitchen cabinets looked the same I was happy we only had to stay 2 nights on the positive the internet worked great

Read this review before booking-
As a former OBX, VRBO property owner- The location is good, but that's about all. The living area consists of goodwill type furnishings with an awfully dining table that was Smelly and sticky. The TV cable had almost no sports or business channels. The kitchen had no toaster oven or keurig coffee maker, just a old toaster and drip pot. The kitchen cold water was broken. The bathrooms were 1975 style with a faucet dripping in middle bath and both toilets needing plugging from time to time, and old and moldy. We asked for blankets, but Management ignored the request. It's typical OBX Management, put the vacationers off until there week is up. The place needs renovation. smelly and sticky.

The property was as described. We lived the location to beach, Wright Brothers museum, shops and food.we loved waking up to see the ocean. Owners are amazing. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful view and comfy beds
We had a comfortable, relaxing few days in the Outer Banks. Sitting on the deck and watching the sun rise over the ocean was pretty amazing. The floors could use better sweeping/mopping/vacuuming in between stays. Also, the kitchen has very few items: just enough dishes, and absolutely no condiments to compliment meals. We were grabbing meals at local establishments, but if you plan on cooking quite a bit, you’ll want to make sure you bring supplies with you.

The property listing is deceiving. There was not a smart lock in operation, only a key box with one key for 4 people. The property was not clean, limited linens and the pool area was not available. The property is dated and not reflected accurately on the listing. Our check in was delayed by almost 2 hours due to lack of sending the code for the key box.

First time in the Outer Banks
My family and I stayed here and loved it! This property was in an excellent location close to so many restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was priceless. The condo came equipped with everything you would need to just show up and relax. We also loved that there was a pool. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, condo - just “ok”
Overall this was an adequate place to stay. The location was prime and our kids loved the pool. It’s a small complex and there’s plenty of parking. I think what would have made it better was the overall upkeep. Both bathrooms have a moldy/damp smell and there seems to be a moisture issue. The main bath was moldy and the toilet paper and towel hook were falling off the wall. Contrary to the posting we were not left toilet paper or a roll of paper towels. No big deal, but don’t put it in the description if you’re not gonna do it. Both bathroom outlets also didn’t work. None of this was the end of the world but I would have rated higher had we not run into those issues.

Overstated and underwhelming
We arrived at 6pm is ….Upon arrival the front door screen was full of bugs, not a welcoming sight. Unit was not clean….floors needed a vacuum and tiny m&m’s were all over bathroom floor. We were supplied 1 towel per adult for the week, far too few….we were also only given 3 pillowcases and 4 pillows for queen room Food left in fridge so we left it in fridge when we left The screen door off master bedroom was off rails and leaning on glass, we did put this back Bedroom doors did not close completely and when closed as much as you could stuck and were difficult to open Metal strip on stairs up to apt was not nailed down and several nails on the decks to

Loved the views! Everything you want to do is nearby. Beach access was fantastic. Perfect size for our family. Others complained about master shower. I am 6'2" tall, and I used it just fine. I would stay again.

Great Central Location on a Nice Beach
My husband, 13 year old and I went for spring break. It wasn't very warm but the place is right on the beach and very centrally located. You are not front facing ocean but you have a great view from the side. The place was clean and the master bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have wished for was more towels as we flew in from out of state. There were only 5 towels for all 3 of us for a week. If you are driving bring extra towels and beach towels. It was too cold for us to go in the water but we would have had to go buy beach towels if we did. It didn't stop us from sitting on the beach all bundled up. The beach here is very clean and just beautiful. We saw dolphins a few of the days we were here. The summer would be wonderful here. Since the weather wasn't the warmest, we really explored Outer Banks and you can't beat this location.
