Hucklebeary Cabin, located in the Village of Eagles Nest, offers a perfect blend of comfort and style just five minutes from downtown Banner Elk.

The welcoming living room features a gas log fireplace, a leather sofa, and two cozy chairs, flowing into the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is highlighted by a large granite island with barstools, while the dining table comfortably seats six, making it a great space for gathering and sharing meals.

The main-level king suite is both relaxing and refined, with deck access, a ceiling fan, and a large wall-mounted TV. Its ensuite bathroom includes a double granite vanity, a tiled shower, and a soaking tub set beside a picture window that captures beautiful mountain views.

Downstairs, the cabin provides even more space to unwind. The den includes a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and a comfortable sofa, with a nearby bunk nook featuring two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunks. Beyond the wet bar, the second king bedroom offers a ceiling fan and TV, while a full hallway bathroom with granite counters and a tiled shower adds convenience. On the other side of the den, a queen ensuite offers its own private retreat, complete with a ceiling fan, TV, and an elegant bathroom with granite counters and a tiled shower.

The outdoor spaces are equally inviting. The main-level deck has a covered section with seating around a gas log fireplace and a TV mounted above the mantle. On the view side, a dining table overlooks stunning mountain scenery, creating an ideal spot for meals or peaceful moments in the fresh air. Hucklebeary Cabin is a welcoming retreat that combines thoughtful design and natural beauty for a truly enjoyable mountain escape.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. You may find more information on what is included at https://www.blueridgerentals.com/eagles-nest/#discover
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Call for special prices on last minute availability as well as for extended stays.
- Guests returning to Hucklebeary Cabin may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.

Cancellations: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
