Arctic blast

We were pleasantly surprised that for a older wood frame house the AC system kept the interiors comfortable for un-seasonably cold weather for St Augustine —several mornings approaching freezing temps. While Stairwell and hall were drafty, bedrooms & Living room were comfortable

Great location, awful property

We stayed at the property for 3 days and while the location was great, the property itself was awful. While the listing calls it “historic” what it really is is grimy, dated, worn, and in some spots downright dilapidated. The sunroom had broken window glass taped back together with scotch tape. The ceiling had water damage in places and the walls had large spots of peeling paint likely also from water damage. There were ants all over the couch the night we arrived and the fake house plants and other decor were covered in dust and dirt. We reached out to both the owner via their listed number and the management team regarding an issue while we were there and didn’t hear back for 4 hours. Additionally it took multiple calls to even get through to speak to someone at all. Awful property and even worse management.
